Cute, clean, comfortable

We arrived at 9pm and the front door was locked with no one at the desk. I had to ring a bell 3x to get someone to come out and buzz me in.The room for check in is not a lobby, and there is no room svc. In our room, the area around the sink was dusty and the towels were skimpy and like sand paper. No exaggeration! There was no bureau for clothes, but we found 2 drawer under each bed. There was no closet, just pegs on the wall with 2 hangers. Weird. Because the beds were platform with a drawer (at least I *think* this is the reason), the beds were so high, it was like mounting a horse to get on them. I seriously thought about asking the front desk for a step stool. The air conditioner blew out air onto my bed, which gave me a lovely sore throat to go home with, and even when the temp was turned up, never went off. Every 40 minutes or so it would make a weird "gulping" sound about 7-9 times, which kept us both awake all night. At one point, we ended up sleeping in the car - we just needed uninterrupted sleep On the second night, we asked for service. The beds were made and trash emptied, but no surfaces wiped. What made this whole experience almost laughable was when I asked where the ice machine might be - it was outside under a stairwell where ANYONE could get to it and put something in it, so we went without. I wanted to save a little money, since I knew we wouldn't be using the room much, but my advice... spend a little extra and STAY AWAY from this place. OMG

I got the key to an already occupied room. I went and told the guy at the front desk and he said there was no one there before checking inside.

No hot drinking water access inside the room always have tho down stairs front desks to the water. Not allowed to adjust the air conditioner by myself

Thought this would be okay for just one night, Needless to say I was wrong. Hair in the bed in the sheets on the comforter. Warm shower at best. Not to mention they will keep your deposit. Your bank will tell you they held the deposit but never released it. So up to you to get it back. FCC BBB IRS this has to be something they do normally. But definitely won't be walking away from $200 of money I earned. And don't let them tell you it's not them even if you booked through A third party because the hold is done at their location and they add it to your reservation. And the fridge didn't work but no use asking to get anything to work.and almost forgot one towel per person in the room.

Did not mention the 200$ deposit until after I had paid. Took forever to get out back into my account.

It’s a clean and relatively central location. If you’re looking for somewhere that’s doesn’t have roaches this is your place. New wood floors, decor and probably the best cheapest option in the area.

Room really small. No maid service

Potential to be a cute place but the floor and baseboards were filthy! Clearly they were not vacuumed or mopped. Asked to have them cleaned and they still didn’t do it. Had to wait for them to “clean” the room when we came to check in at 4:30. Will never stay there again, even after they offered to discount our next stay and give us the best room. No thanks.

Clean, comfortable, great service.

For a short term stay, this place is very convenient and nice. Everything was within fair walking distance, and if you needed other transportation such as bus or uber, it was easily accessible. Staff is good, the room itself was very modern and good enough for a quick trip. Overall a very satisfactory place to stay!

Got in late. About 8pm. All I needed was a good bed, a shower and sleep. Had all 3! I'm not a hard person to please, I don't need all the other stuff. Thanks!

It was very clean but small. Not luxury but comfortable. Only complaint cheap coffee pot that did not worth.

There just has no microwave and hair dryer.

It’s safe and clean

When checking in, the front desk receptionist was a little rude. I wanted to read the terms and conditions before signing or paying, but the receptionist was hurrying me up to pay. Then when checking out, I asked him for a receipt and he just said that Expedia would give it to me and nothing else. I understand that, and I did get the receipt from Expedia, but he was very dismissive and didn’t seem like he wanted to help at all. He didn’t really help with any information about my stay or checking in/out, except giving me my room card and WiFi password.
