I spent extra on this specific suite because the higher price listing said there was a mountain view. There was no mountain view, and the parking lot view was less than inspiring.The clerk warned us about elevator noise before we checked in, it was loud but not a big deal as we were informed.

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and friendly. I could see where the rooms could be noisy with the doors closing very loudly if there was a lot of activity late or very early. I did not find the included breakfast to my liking, but there was food available.

A great value for your money! Rooms are on the smaller side but have a modern layout and design. They are clean, in great shape, and include everything needed for a comfortable nights stay. The property is newer, easy to get to, and offers free parking. Within walking or short driving distance to many dining and entertainment options. We will continue to choose this hotel when overnighting in Anacortes.

Very nice, small hotel with a friendly and accommodating staff. I didn’t do any walking around since there was snow on the ground and some nearby roads were closed. I would stay here again.

Normally this place is great, but appears they need some help- regular maintenance to fixtures and quality control for cleanliness is much needed.

The hotel was very modern, centrally located, and clean. The service was subpar at best the entire time. Don’t expect any staff to be present from 9 pm to 8 am.

Comfortable beds and clean rooms. This hotel is newer and does not disappoint. We’ve stayed here multiple times and find it is well priced and close to anything you’d need from town.

Neighbor came in late and loud. Woke me up and kept me awake Breakfast was over at 9 am.

Breakfast had expired yogurts and little to no food , also room service was not done !

When they realized that we booked with Expedia, they put us in the most noisy room right by the elevator door. That thing woke us up every three hour in the middle of the night. In the morning, it started at 5:00am.

I booked at 11:30 PM on hotels.com and arrived at midnight. I was able to reach on call petson and quickly get key out of lockbox to enter secured property. Room was lovely with full fridge, cook top and kitchenette sink. Wish I would have needed to stay longer but just needed to catch the ferry as we missed last one the night before.

I got thee after hrs. No night clerk so they left a key that I accessed with a personal code. The room was beautiful and clean. The King bed was a pillow and oh so comfy! The bed was so big it took I the whole room! Large ‘ mini’ fridge and microwave. Large Dee bath with shower.

I was welcomed by the staff and felt right at home. I appreciate a quaint facility and lovely environment.

Everything was clean/easy. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was simple but nbd, there are many excellent options nearby. Would definitely stay again.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. We have never had such an awful experience. We arrived at 3pm to check in. The girl at the front desk, without greeting us, informed us that if we were checking in we would have to come back at 4pm. That is crazy late check in. We were in the area to have dinner with family. We asked if early check in was possible so we could leave our bags. She told us no, without even looking to see if there was availability. She didn't offer to store our bags. Her tone was outright rude. When we got to our car, we decided to call the manager and speak with them. She answered and said he was out, would not tell us when he would return, or if he would return, and when we asked her first name, she would not give it to us. Never have we ever had such horribly rude and unprofessional service. Stay away from this place!!!

Try to avoid this hotel. We were charged a lot extra, as part of a scam they are running. When asked about it, they just refused to share any information and just said its some incidental if you want to take it further do it.

Paper thin walls. Doors are heavy, so anytime someone walked in/out of their room you could hear the door slam. No staff on site after 9pm and the staff was not there when we left at 7/7:30am. Loud parties in the hotel. For a new-ish hotel, it had lots of bangs and dings in the walls. Bed were hard and uncomfortable. Wasn’t worth the price we paid as we didn’t get much sleep between the hard beds and loud parties. Would not stay here again.

Very very clean, decent continental breakfast. Definitely will stay again.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The one negative was having a room next to the elevator.
