We came to Cascade to fish for perch and had a wonderful time staying at Alpine Lodge. Check-in was easy since they texted the room number and key code ahead of time. We parked in front of our room for easy access to our belongings. The room was comfortable, well appointed, and pet friendly. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Cascade.

We had some questions and a gal named Shayanne. Was very helpful and willing to find the info for us. The room was nice and clean. We were very comfortable.

We received check in information early the day of check in making it easy and convenient to get into our room. However we were given the wrong door code. Staff was prompt arrive and fix the problem. The room was cozy with all needed amenities. A/C was nice and cold.

Beautiful setup with really nice clean rooms. The manager John and his wife were so friendly. Check in was easy too, they just texted the door codes so it was just park and unload.

I was charged 136 for having to change my dates due to health reasons. will never use Expedia again if I don’t get it. Every time I try to chat with an agent it goes blank. Expedia lied. Not good for the service industry. I purchased insurance but still was charged
Room - I requested handicap and was told “all rooms are ground level. I nearly fell twice in the shower, slippery, no grab bars, stem in tub. Dangerous. Staff was friendly and helpful but no housekeeping all 4 days. Ran out of coffee second day, used my own. No cable all streaming. First night had loud neighbors at 2am until I told them to shut up. Quiet last 3 nights. Nice place though. Ice machine broke but they gave me a bag for free. Walk in shower would be better or an ADA room or and the very least handles to aid getting in and out and maybe non-slip mats.

My suggestion is if the occupancy is low like it was, would be to spread out the guests. Heard neighbor's snoring all night (that loud!) and his phone went off at 530 for 40 minutes until he heard it. Great place and people and room/bathroom was fantastic. The only downside was something out of their control.

We love this place! The gas fireplace makes the experience romantic and stay here every time we're in the McCall area.

The property was keyless entry but the code we were given did not work. We left 3 messages on the number that was listed on our email confirmation. About 15 minutes later a staff member arrived, finally got us into the room and left us with a key. She did mention that the room 7 key pad had been malfunctioning so I am wondering why we were checked into this room when there were Vacancies (as posted on their signage). Other than that, we were so pleased with our stay. The small and quant room was absolutely perfect for the two of us. We were warm, comfortable and happy with the amenities. We were even able to get a 1 hour extended late check-out. Despite the frustration with entry into our room, we would definitely recommend the Alpine.

The staff was really nice and attentive. The location near the river is geothermal pool access. As well as the room was so quaint and nice with very good heating and cooling systems beautiful fireplace everything you'd expect in an Alpine Lodge

Small things were great. Furniture was clean/good condition. Very clean. AC worked great on hot days. The fridge actually kept our drinks cold. The place we stayed last year and only a block down the road was a dump so I was expecting this place to be too. Pleasant surprise that it was not.

I loved this hotel! The room has everything you need, including hot chocolate, and was so nicely decorated! We were on a 2 week road trip and this was the nicest room by far. The staff was super friendly, game room was great for my son and I was even able to catch up on laundry close to midnight. We stayed a few nights and did some fishing at the pond within walking distance and then drove to Cascade Lake to fish off the dam. I am planning a river rafting trip for next year and will stay here. I highly recommend it!
