The staff is very friendly and professional Beautiful property but the bedroom’s bathroom needed maintenance because it was full of mold.

Cute quiet place. Not too far from town center

Nice quiet hotel, just far enough off the main strip to be quiet but just close enough to easily walk. Very nice courtyard area also.

The property was clean and cute but breakfast was advertise as available and that was not available on premises .

The front desk staff was very cordial to the point that took me to a restaurant at my late arrival! Great food and the customer service made everything during my trip!

The staff will go out of their way to assist you.

A great property with a lovely garden. The restaurant was only open for breakfast. Supermarket was close by.

Very cute hotel. We loved the look of it, Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Felt very safe with closed gate at night. Would definitely return. No ac but they did provide a fan and it was beautifully cool at night with the window open.

Loved the location as it is walkable to all the major attractions but at the same time is not in the middle of the madness. Super friendly staff, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast is amazing! The whole experience was incredible nothing but compliments about this place!

There is no parking on property. Streets wherw closed due to some activity and going to or going from the hotel was a problem. Way to expensive for the value of property

It's a quaint and very nice facility - an easy walk to downtown. The staff was very courteous. There was one person in particular, Nelly, who went above and beyond. She offered to do our laundry, made breakfast and coffee in the morning, cleaned our room daily. She was wonderful. I would stay there again.

Stayed in this lovely hotel after our trek to see the Volcano. Just what we needed, a very comfortable bed, TV with netflix access in a quiet and beautiful location just a 10mins walk into the busier main town area. Really helpful staff also!

What is there not to say about this beautiful boutique hotel. The front desk staff to the cleaning and kitchen staff were all very nice and accommodating for our needs and made communication very easy. The breakfast included is to die for and the next time we come to Antigua, we will definitely be staying here! It’s far enough away from the Central Park that you get enough peace and quiet in the evenings. All the guests were respectful and kept the noise levels to an appropriate level. They offer a laundry service for free depending on how many days you stay and also have resources for great guides should you need them. The eucalyptus placed in the room is very fresh and from the tree located in the center courtyard. (place a couple pieces in your shower for maximum enjoyment). Once again thank you to all the staff and anyone else that made our stay as comfortable as it was. Forever grateful.

property is close to downtown Antigua but far enough away not to have a lot of noise. Best using an uber or tuc tuc to get to downtown, just 4/5 minutes to the park.

There was just one thing I did not like. The room had a sign that said “clean your room…”. I always thought that hotel staff is supposed to do that : clean the room.

Bonito Hotel, personal muy amable, buen desayuno, las si volvería a hospedarme, únicamente no tenia nuestra habitación todas las toallas necesarias, manos y para el suelo en ducha, específicamente y las que tenían considero algo ya con bastante tiempo de uso

Location is very good. But hot water does not come out immediately after opening the faucet because the heater is not in the hotel property, but in the house next door (probably the owner). There are hangers for clothes but no closet to place them. The TV did not provide access to local channels nor was properly configured to use own Netflix or Amazone Prime accounts. Other than that, beds are confortable and and equipped with a ventilator which is very useful sometimes.

Excellent rooms, staff and property with very relaxed vibe. Quiet (for Antigua).

Really convenient location if you like walking. Stunning views of the volcanoes. A bit noisy from vehicles driving by during rush hours, ok in later hours of the night.

It is absolutely beautiful in a great location.
