The place is walking distance to a shopping mall Robinson's Mall that has almost everything you'll need. They have access on the second floor to the mall. Breakfast was not included & way too expensive!!!

Normally when i stay here the treatment is outstanding. Don't want to give a full review cause im still at the hotel and im sure the staff will treat me even worse cause they gossip too much. But its ok i Won't be coming back here again

Another great stay, but the property is showing signs of aging. We have stayed at this property every year since opening, but this year we noticed water stains on wall, and black mold in bathroom caulk and tiles. As a hotel this should be cleaner for this brand.

This was my best stay at a hotel in Naga. The staff was the best! We stayed for their New Year Celebration and everything was wonderfully set up and the food was delicious.
I liked that they had free underground parking and a large Shopping center across the street
The rooms are large and the beds are very soft. I love a great shower and this shower has great showers. Roomy and spacious.

It's good and awesome stay for short trip to Naga.

The management needs to learn how to set-up the welcome guest towels. I believed it is very important for the arrival of guests to use towels after cleaning themselves. The service sucks, I have to call 2x to 3x before I get the towels, and you have to request the whole set, otherwise they'll bring you one piece.

Quiet, clean room with a fantastic view. Staff were polite and kind. The slippery tile in the guest room was concerning after taking a shower, and the thermostat controlled aircon was a bit confusing. Despite those problems, I'd recommend a stay at this hotel.

This is a very new and modern hotel. The staff is very friendly and the service in the cafe is also excellent! If we had to search for something to improve we’d have to say the audio quality from out TV was poor. I don’t know if ours was just bad or if they’re all like that, but ours made it very difficult to hear, so we ended up not using it.

This property is brand new and everything looks perfect. I’m from the US and I’ll say that staying in this hotel made me feel that I didn’t leave the country. The property is very clean and located just across the mall. Their good size gym and the pool
are my favorites. Rate is reasonable. This place is highly recommended by a very picky person like me.

We stayed here on our drive from Visayas to Manila. Very clean, good location (next to the mall), and great service for the price compared to similar hotels in the area. Highly recommended.
