Worth every penny. Staff was wonderful and went above and beyond.

This place is beautiful and the service is excellent and the food in the restaurant is excellent. I have stayed here many times. The only negative is that the bed I stayed in this last time was extra firm and I was sore all night.

Beautiful views of the peaceful marshlands

This was our second stay at the Oaks. Everything was excellent. It is such a gem. The scenery, the food, and the staff make for a very special getaway. The rooms are beautifully decorated. The spa makes for a perfect girls or couples weekend.

Upon walking into the lobby of this elegant hotel, it felt like being in a grand house of years ago, although it is newly built. The decor is calming and welcoming. The views of the river and marshes were beautiful and interesting. From prosecco at check in to good coffee at breakfast, everything was excellent service and food. Enjoyed drinks at the bar, dinner (try the shrimp gumbo) and breakfast in the dining room. Friendly and efficient staff . Thanks Mark, Michael, Jeanie, and Jenni. You made our stay perfect. Our room was very comfortable, with high quality bed linens and pillows and the best walk-in shower, complete with an extra handheld shower head. We can’t wait to return to use the Spa and pool and explore the area.

Loved this hotel! The rooms were beautifully furnished as was the hotel lobby. Didn't have time for the pool, but it looked very nice. The restaurant looked very nice too, but disappointed I didn't have the time to have a meal there. I would definitely come back.
