Room service just come into the room to do a room service, even though people are sleeping. There is no privacy in this and when we are trying to go to the train station, the front desk is giving attitude about us asking about the bus service, which is free. very disappointed in this place.

My hotel experience was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful . Came to town for a memorial service and needed to check in earlier than 4pm and the staff accommodate me. Sugar factory restaurant experience was amazing.

Everything was very nice I was very pleased with my room I didn't wake up with her stuffy nose nor coughing through the night the casino was a plus but the payout was terrible I will return though mainly for the hotel stay

The staff was excellent at both the hotel and the restaurant and the room was comfortable but was not as clean as I would like especially given the $500 night price!

The staff were accommodating and friendly. We were able to check in early after taking the red eye from Oregon, not without a $100 fee, but it was nice to get in and rest for a bit. The room was nice but the coffee and coffee maker were not so great. The maker would only make a 1/4 cup at a time so it was a little frustrating. Otherwise it was a cool place and good restaurants in the hotel.

I like the huge suite and the staffs. They're helpful. The suite is huge. The room was clean. The only bad side, I smell bad odor from the comforter. I think they didn't change it frequently.

Not an airport hotel dispite the name. No shuttle to JFK. Staff could not care less.

This was one of my most favorite stays ever! The hotel is absolutely stunning and the rooms are beautiful, quiet and I loved the little onsite cafe which offered a variety of lovely salads, snacks, and beverages (alcoholic and non). I will definitely stay here every time I’m passing through JFK :)

My family and I stayed there for 3 nights, it was absolutely a great experience, staff was very helpful, professional and pleasant

It was a good service and friendly people, clean, and it is a good rate per night stay there all month

Overall. Everything was great. Just one thing. Which i didn't like. I arrived 11:30 am and they told me early check in. Cost you $100. If not you have to wait until 4 pm. I felt. It against humanity she saw family and kids and she could give us the room with no extra charge. And for me it’s not about the money. I felt it exploiting . I spent 3 times more than what she asked for.
I hope this rule be more flexible specially when you have available rooms
