The staff was amazing. From the night desk managers helping with my stressed mom brain to the morning staff helping my determined toddler to take his food to the room. Thank you all so much. The room was perfect after a long day

Easy access, friendly staff, and a very clean and nice room. Great value. Everyone on the staff was extremely kind and professional. The on site manager was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. We have family in the area and this location will be our go to hotel.

Our excellent stay began early. The manager on duty when we arrived before 3 on Monday told us about the area, suggesting some restaurants. We tried some of her suggestions and they were excellent. She was helpful and accommodating. She even adjusted our room because of a boisterous girls softball team being on our same floor.
Breakfast was excellent with friendly service and good food.

A little noisy from interstate

Kind of noisy for a brief time around 10:00 pm with doors slamming and walls rattled a couple of times. Could not tell if next door or floor above. Stopped, though. Other than that, everything excellent.

Well, we were not told about the pet fee. The small type was hidden, so we had to pay an extra $50. There was no "friendly" about it. They were more "pet tolerant" since there wasn't really anywhere we could take him except up to the room.

The lady responsible for breakfast and coffee during the day was outstanding and very friendly. The front desk were very good even though they were dealing with Hilton’s IT hacking issues.

The biggest issue that we had the hotel personnel tried to make a queen size mattress fit on a king size mattress. It was much to late to ask for another sheet plus my wife was exhausted and she said forget about it.

This clean and accommodating hotel had everything my wife and I needed with great modern style. We really appreciated the charging stations for our EV. The room was perfect and breakfast was delicious.

This hotel was great. Updated, clean, great location and excellent doggie facilities. Lovely front desk staff. Great breakfast, and the person in charge of the breakfast operation clearly took pride in keeping it in perfect shape. I was impressed.

We came for the Yeti 50M/55K trail run on Saturday. We really appreciated breakfast starting extra early at 5am to accommodate all the runners having to leave to catch the shuttle. That breakfast definitely made running 34 miles a little easier! The hotel was in great condition. Would definitely stay here again.

I only rate it five stars because I can't give it six! This hotel was amazing. Every staff member with whom I came in contact was super friendly and professional. Every corner of the hotel was absolutely spotless and in perfect condition. The outside of the building, and parking lot, were well lighted. The room was comfortable, with all necessities provided. 100% outstanding throughout. I couldn't recommend more highly.

check in was a little scattered , maybe someone was training. Breakfast was really good for this type of free breakfast and woman running the breakfast was kind and made sure we had everything we needed.

With being in the Hospitality industry, my expectations are a little high when it comes to staying at other brands and properties, Rooms were clean and well stocked.This property exceeded all my expectations Mrs. Marie was absolutely amazing! Our stay was great! The staff- from the front desk check in to those putting out the breakfast- were friendly, and really went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern- loved all the Abingdon photos all around. And there are 3 destination Tesla chargers on-site! Literally couldn’t ask for more. Can’t wait to come back!
