Clean, comfortable, and quiet! The staff were very kind and courteous.

Clean and quiet

This was our first time staying at this location with Fairfield, and we were very impressed and totally satisfied. The staff was particularly attentive, pleasant and efficient. Our room ( a double queen) was spacious and had an open feeling. The decorating of the room was very modern and nice. All appliances worked as preferred, and the TV was huge and easy to operate. Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice with options and ready on time. This will definitely be our go to place in Dalton when we are there.

Needed a place to stay near Dalton Convention Center and chose this hotel because of proximity. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and conveniently located to nearby restaurants. The breakfast was included and very good. If I am ever in the area again, I will stay here. Rooms were very modern and updated and the lighting in the room was ideal! .

It’s a new property, therefore it’s updated & clean so I just hope they can keep it that way & maintain it well. It was a bit pricey though.

This was the worse stay I have had here I paid almost 200 for one night and because I booked through hotels.con they wouldn’t let me switch my room I had a shower and needed a bath tub for health issues and they would not help me this is the second stay here this month for me and both times I had to check out at 6.00 am because I can’t connect to the Wi-Fi to work and agin no one can help will not be booking through hotels.com agin and will not stay here agin

Newer hotel. Some finishing issues with bathroom and hallways. Not a deal breaker by any means. But it is extremely noisy. You can hear everyone around you and even outside. White noise is a must.

Rooms are nice, beds okay, big tv. If you need sleep, bring noise canceling headphones. Walls / floors thin. Won’t be back.

The young lady who greeted us was very cheery and chipper even at a late hour (after 9 pm). We were happy to find a nice clean available room. The walls were a bit thin, but the room was dark like I like. Overall, great buy for our family and brief trip.
