Check in went well and quick. Nice big room. No noise from the street. But lack of storage for clothes. No room service, and the restaurant did not advertise with any food or menu. I was not feeling well for a few days and wanted to have breakfast and dinner brought to the room, but that was not an option and I could not cancel breakfast either. When I had breakfast it was ok.

Very nice hotel, nice decor, nice big rooms, good shower and staff very nice. Gym is small but good for a quick workout. Lift very fast and goes straight to underground car park. Lidl next door also which is really handy!

However in very cold conditions we had a real problem with getting our room heated on one day of our stay

Very good hotel located in the heart of the city, close to shops, restaurants and bars. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of choices, all food very fresh and nicely presented. Staff was very polite and attentive; rooms clean and comfortable.

Lovely hotel in the city centre. Great location. Hotel itself really nice and clean, we have stayed on the 8th floor and the view was amazing!! Breakfast was very good, huge choice and all really tasty. Fully recommend this hotel

This is the only place we stay when we are in Szczecin. The hotel is new, clean, modern and very comfortable. Right in the center of Szczecin. Staff was friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend it.

Wonderful room. Clean, most spacious we had had.
Had a meal in the hotel. It was almost indescribable but i will try. Like a work of art but without taste. Such a busy plate i could barely identify what i ordered. It was served on a cold plate and it was cold. A preoccuptaion with serving things on hay did not improve it.
Go back to basics and dish up some hot and tastey food.

The hotel is ok, but the personal has low or zero knowledge of English. It is almost impossible to get service, even if they want to help, they are not able to. And some of them who could speak a bit English were rude, or maybe they did not know how to communicate better.

The best stay in Szczecin! The hotel is new, everything is clean. The room is spacious, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and helpful, thank you Agata for everything you helped us with!

Amazing staff, beautiful hotel in the heart of Szczecin no more then a 15 minute walk from everything! Rooms were super clean and elegant. You will not find more bang for your buck.
