Good location, near shops which was useful as we had a small kitchen. Walkable to both the train station and the care rentals.

The reception staff was very helpful helping me coordinate my dinning, sightseeing and travel plans.

Great hotel with a friendly staff. Within walking distance to plenty of food options and local sights.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable (except the sheet which was way too small for the bed). It was well equipped for cooking, including a coffee machine (although no coffee provided). We didn't have breakfast as it was pricy and preferred to get a pastry from a local bakery. Check-in: we arrived in the morning and were able to leave our bags at reception. We returned at 15:55 and were sent to the games room to wait until check-in opened at 16:00. This seemed a little petty; there were 3 members of staff there doing nothing but counting the minutes until check-in opened... The decor in the corridors was very worn, and desperately needed new carpets. Although probably clean, they were very stained and the corridors felt dark & dingy. The separate up & down lifts is random but maybe a hangover from covid? The entrance is locked after 11pm, and our keycard did not open the door either of the 2 nights we stayed. The first night a porter came immediately, but the second night we had to ring the bell at least 10 times before then calling a mobile number (twice - first call we were hung up on) then waiting for the night porter to eventually let us in. The hotel is in a really convenient location (esp. for the station) and the room was nice, especially if you want to cook your own food.

Very nice Hotel/Apartment. Excellent location, close to everything. A nice canal to walk along accross the street, parking if needed. For the money it's a great value.

The internet didn't work on 5th floor due to overload according to reception. This is not according to description of apartment. The kitchen is poor equiped for 4 persons. Pots and pans in poor quality. The freezer box in the fridge was icy an unuseable. There is no waste recycling system in place at the hotel.

The team running this property is very friendly and accomodating. The rooms were nice and clean. It's a great walkable location to explore the local area and not far at all from the train station.

Everything was really great in our appartment. Our first visit to Caen and the staff were ssoooo good and helpful. This place puts most hotels in the shade!!

Very nice hotel close to the center by public transportation (free shuttle nearby) and the train station.

Great location & great hotel if traveling by bicycle. Bike storage room and just off the velo route.

A couple of nights stayed with the secure parking used at the back of the hotel. The room was spacious & for those wishing to produce their own food there were good facilities in the room. The window frame, out to the street, was poorly insulated from the external noise & there was cold air evident from the seals. The furniture was practical rather than comfortable. Breakfast was taken on the first morning &, though good, was more expensive than other hotels that we have recently stayed at - there was a broad selection of food which did not appear to be popular with other guests when looking at the untouched options.

The hotel/apartment was a very short walk from Gare Caen. It was very clean and spacious- The only issue I had was the wifi. It was weak and didn’t work most of the time.

Well maintained hotel with spacious room. The view from my room was great, the facilities and kitchenette was good. A bit of walking distance from the main drag, which didn’t matter because every tourist attraction was far from each other in this city. Didn’t use breakfast, can’t comment.

We arrived later in the evening and informed the hotel of when we would arrive to which their response was “my shift ends 10 minutes before you arrive so there may not be anyone here”. They refused to wait for us despite 3 calls and discussions on our arrival time. The reception told us to call the number when we arrive and “hopefully” someone will be there. Upon arrival, all doors were locked and had to wait for another guest to come through to even get into the lobby. There was no one at reception. Upon calling the number provided for multiple hours we had to give up and find another place to stay. There were also other guests who had lost their room key and could not re-enter their rooms due to no staff working. Staff in every communication were rude and unaccommodating along with the hotel itself not being in a very nice area of town. I suggest steering clear of this hotel at all costs.
