Booked this hotel on hotels.com for two of my employees and when they arrived they were informed that they had to pay. Hotel would not honor the hotel.com reservations, and yet they had the reservations??? I was double charged.

Love this hotel. It’s stylish and modern. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel was pet friendly and so amazing! Clean and quaint with several amenities. Def going back!

The staff and location were fantastic, however my room had some broken “parts”. One of the robe hooks in the bathroom was broken and dangling and the curtains were hanging off of the last rung, which prevented them from closing all the way. They did issue a quick fix with a paper clip but it still wouldn’t block the light. Speaking of light, there is very little lighting in the rooms. It’s super duper dim, which I prefer in most areas. That said, the hall in front of the full length mirror and bathroom were so dim I had to step out into the hallway and look in my phone camera to see my face. Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, but maintenance could use some help and some lights would be great!
