Great place and customer service

Wonderfully clean, great food on the rooftop restaurant , awesome pool and friendly, very clean staff.

Tarek and his team make staying in San Andres an absolute pleasure. Chanel and Joanna are so very friendly at reception. Breakfast is delicious with stunning views. The cleaning staff is fantastic, getting all of the beach out of each room every day. Thank you for a wonderful week!!!

Close to the beach. Staff are great. They brought breakfast down to our room, arranged for us to rent a buggy, and arranged a round-trip boat ride to Johnny Cay. The area around the hotel could be more exciting. The views are not a quite as good as the pictures on the website make you think.

Everything was clean, and service was great !

Breakfast starts at 7:30a which I think is a late start, specially for those with an early flight. Also, they didn’t have any soap to wash your hands in the sink. No soap for the shower either.

But staff were amazing

This is definitely one of the best hotels in San Andres. It is new, in a fantastic location, and have lovely staff. What I really liked about this hotel was the proximity to the beach and stores without it being too loud from the local traffic. The roof top pool was also lovely! The breakfast was quite standard for San Andres. I would personally appreciate more vegetarian options or for the allowance of substitutions with breakfast to make it vegetarian. In general, the hotel is depicted as it appeared in photos when booking which is always appreciated!

My flight was cancelled so we couldn’t be there . We arrived the next day. The manager offered us to get a refund or extend our stay for another day. The rooms are great . The staff are perfect . They speak English. Hot water. Perfectly clean property. On of my best stays . 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Breakfast staff was nice. Main staff would not give me 1 hour more for a late checkout after staying there for 5 days. I will never stay at this hotel again. Butch woman in front is very rude and annoying. Also turned my family away who came for dinner that I setup in their crappy restaurant. Food was horrible as mentioned before. If your American avoid at all cost. There are much better options.

Was a great stay, staff was friendly, food was great and it was in a great area. Everything you needed is pretty much 5 to 10 mins away by foot. Overall great experience and would stay here again.

I like everything about the property, except the noise from outside as my room had a balcony and there was a lot of noise early in the morning from the taxi drivers that park in front of the hotel.

As for most of the hotels there, the surroundings are not that great, but it is safe and at a short walk from the beach. The sea is quite nice.

You can't beat the location. Close to the airport, beach, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is very nice, big doubke room. However, there is no alcohol being served in the restaurant but you can bring your own. But for drinking your own wine they chatge 8US$!!

i liked the roof top restaurant for their included breakfast . Waiters were friendly and fast . the view was great and the food was good. Coffee was fresh and hot.

Nice rooftop with a great restaurant. Walkable to mostly everything. Beach only 1 block away.

Overall the hotel is nice. Didnt give a 5 star rating because I had a rough start the first night. Balcony sliding door couldn't lock, and the balcony blind fell off. These were fixed the next day. Nice place tp stay, closer to the beach and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff. The hotel is clean, noce cirw of the landscape from the 6th floor pool and restaurant areas.

The hotel is modern, conveniently located and clean which is what was hoping for when I originally booked. We had an incident where the air conditioner stopped working for hours, which is extremely worrisome in a majority hot climate like San Andres. The hotel upgraded us to a larger room and provided a complimentary meal to make up for the inconvenience. I was happy with the professionalism of the staff and condition of the hotel. Additionally, the view from the rooftop is excellent along with the pool. I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a good option at a reasonable price.

Everything was nice, with the exception of they need to have alcohol/sell it and in the rooms they have to have more hanging options for your towels and coats etc. No counter space for your belongings in the bathroom. Also the jacuzzi needs to be hotter on cooler & windier days.

The hotel was nice the room was smaller than it looked in the picture but it did what it needed too. Staff was great and friendly and breakfast was good as well as the food

Great location, close to the beach and close enough to the main scene area but far enough you can escape the noise. Front desk was nice and friendly, the only problem I had with the hotel was the wait staff in the restaurant. They’re not very welcoming or nice, most of the time they don’t even acknowledge you’re there until they feel like it.
