Great location, clean facilities, friendly staff

My family had a great time, beautiful hotel. Staff was the best! I’ll definitely come back here

The Aquamare was an incredible hotel! Everything was new, clean, the staff were perfect. We loved the rooftop pool and restaurant. If you are going to San Andres, I would highly recommend staying at the Aquamare.

Wisiting San Andres with boyfriend and dad for a two nights stay. Really nice centrally located hotel on San Andres…walking distance to shopping and the beach. Rooms are spacious and the bed is nice. Nothing pretentious but it has what you need. Service was in top, really kind and helpful receptionists, helping with recommendations on activities and restaurants. Especially Sara gave an excellent service. Waiters in the restaurant were really nice, smiling and with nice personalities. Breakfast was really good and the coffee was in top. So all in all I have only positive things to say about our stay.

Pretty hotel that was designed for looks over comfort. The rooms were nice but noisy from inside the hotel. The bed, pillows and towels were low quality and the free breakfast was very average. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, except for the grumpy restaurant staff.

Great location with just a 4 minute stroll to the beach .. Super clean rooms and the staff could not be nicer … Good breakfast too 👍

Manuel made our vacation Memorable. Since the time we got to the hotel until the taxi picked us up to take us back to the airport, attentive, professional and amicable . He made sure we had a great time with the family in the beautiful Island of San Andres.

Nice clean hotel, very walkable area. Pool was clean. The breakfast was very good.

Check in experience was awful.

The hotel was modern and very clean. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast had great selection of food. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel and food was very good. The one thing we noticed is that there is mold building around the shower, second the water was just lukewarm, and third the towels always looked dirty. We were happy to stay at that hotel because besides the hotel there wasn’t much that was great about San Andres. We found the town very run down and the beach area over crowded and covered in seaweed.

The hotel is in a great location, close to downtown, and the boardwalk. We had a good experience there.

This is our second time staying here and we love the hotel and the area as it is a very close walk to the Malecon but without all of the noise. The hotel is beautiful and very clean and the food is really good, especially the breakfast buffet with lots of food to offer. The only thing this time is that we found the staff very slow and not svailable. There was a big mess up with our rooms where our friends got a room and ours wasn't ready until after the 3 o'clock check-in time and then they messed them up and it was supposed to be reversed which in turn made it a mess with room charges. Staff were not available for drink orders and many times we were left waiting for long periods to order and long periods of waiting for orders. It was not a busy time, so not sure what the issue was. Our only dinner we ate there, although was delicious, was a big confusion with our orders. Love this hotel but the staff need to work more on attentiveness and efficiency that would make the stay much more enjoyable.

This day was great the manager is incredible very friendly very helpful but they do need a chair do a little bit more on the cleaning area rooms should be mopped bathrooms should be cleaned every service but very recommendable nice hotel

Very nice resort-styled hotel. Very luxurious and modern. Stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Very safe area. The hotel staff are very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend staying at this hotel for an easy, nice, comfortable stay.

Do not stain the sheets you will get charged for it.

This hotel was the best thing about our trip to San Andreas. The hotel is new and modern. The rooms are very comfortable and the hotel has a nice pool area and bar area. Breakfast is buffet style and excellent. The sarangi were very friendly especially at reception and the bar. The hotel is close to the action in the city of San Andres which is somewhat dirty and unappealing. This seems to be the best hotel in the island from what we saw.

The only thing I did not like was the breakfast. I give it one star. Need better selections for American people not just Colombia people. I do not mind trying new things but I do not eat rice for breakfast. Also the eggs were really bad all 4 days. I will not stay here again. Sorry

Amazing place

You will not be on the beach, but close enough. The building is relatively new, so it will be much more comfortable than other beach-front properties. We came on a family vacation and would stay again there.

This is a gem of a hotel. It is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, state of the art, and quiet. Staff are wonderful, polite, very helpful. The breakfast buffet has many high quality and tasty options. The restaurant is excellent with fantastic ambience and great cuisine. The rooftop pool is great. The only drawback was that the pool has no separate area for children or a time slot for adults only so it’s not great for couples as children run / scream amok. This is a fantastic place to stay.
