Short stop over whilst waiting for onward flight. Clean tidy efficient. Close to airport with transport to the terminals available from the front door.

Carpets in the rooms are so filthy that You can write a book or two about what was going on in these rooms based on stains in the carpet On positive note, breakfast is good

The clue for this hotel is in the title..."budget"....so we knew to not expect anything fancy. However, even for a budget hotel you still expect an acceptable level of quality. We checked into our room which was extremely basic (as expected), but we were only staying one night ahead of an early morning flight so the basic nature of the room wasn't really an issue. We then went down to the restaurant/bar area to have some dinner. My partner and I both ordered the burger and chips. The chips were under-cooked and cold, while the meat in the beef burger tasted like it was extremely low-quality. The burger was also covered in far too much sauce and cheese, which made it very messy to eat and cold. The only redeeming feature of the bar area was that there was a "happy hour" offering 2-for-1 on drinks!! The king size bed only had two pillows. One of which was quite plump and comfortable, the other pillow was very thin and lumpy like it had been used for many years. There were no spare pillows in the room (which you'd expect as standard). The air conditioning in the room was on when we arrived and it was incredibly noisy. There were no instructions provided on how to operate the air conditioning. This left the room freezing and me out of bed in the middle of the night pressing random buttons trying to work out how to operate the air conditioning and turn it off (there wasn't an obvious 'off' button!). All in all, I would never stay here again. Awful sleep, awful food.

It wad a comfortable room and nuce hotel and nice service . Range of food is limited for dinner and the milk in my room was off so could not have tea apart from that overall nice visit

The shuttle bus never came and reception told me that it justvbroke down. I almost missed my flight and then had to pay 25 pounds for a taxi in cash. No good at all. Other then that it was ok.

Best value for money hotel I’ve stayed in. Rooms were large and comfy and had everything I needed.

Quick stay overnight in preparation of trip from Heathrow. Suited my requirements totally

Room was basic but clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, good place to stay if you are flying from Heathrow.

Requested an early check in but wast possible, disappointed but understandable. Bar was disappointing as asked for baby Guinness .. not possible as no tia Maria no draft beer limited selection. Overall very good staff friendly. Ev charger would be an advantage for future. Comfy beds. Parking charge very reasonable.

My stay was good. With bus stops just outside the hotel and the convenience of the Hoppa Bus from Heathrow made this hotel a good choice.

Stayed one night before 11:50 departure from Heathrow for h0me. Did find reception on !st floor different. Very tired at time. staff efficient, room clean, bed comfortable. Choice of continental or cooked breakfast, frequent shuttle bus to airport. Everything needed for night before and morning of depatrure

It’s good value for your money, comfortable beds and clean toilet, that’s all you need for a night stay. I was only confused about the AC thermostat control, couldn’t quite get it right.

We had a family room that was fine for what we needed. The lifts could be less than ideal at times with many people wanting to use at the samd time

Our double room was spacious and very clean. Also the morning breakfast was very good value for a buffet. There were many options available including fruit salad. We found the quality to be good and all sauces were available. The air conditioning system could be improved better in our room. My wife found it a bit stuffy during the night. This would add to our comfort because your hotel windows are kept locked. Nevertheless very good value for money for our 2 night stay. We booked online and in advance!

We were very pleased with this hotel. Parking was reasonably priced, room was exactly what we wanted, food was very good and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location for us. 10/10

Very busy and noisy surroundings. Expensive car park fees no EV charger and basic breakfast. No fried egg cold hash browns charged 12.50 per person.

Excellent staff bar restaurant and convenient for airport wouldn't stay anywhere else

Had an overnight stay. Checked in late and there were 2 people at the desk to help. No wait. Explained the hours of service for the restaurant and bar. The room was clean and the bed and pillows comfortable. Bus stop right out the door so it was easy to get there from Heathrow and into central London the next day to explore. Bars and restaurants in the neighborhood or a short bus trip down the street.

Plenty of car parking with easy access into the building. Airport shuttle bus right outside. Staff helpful and friendly. Great location for terminal 2.

Excellent budget hotel for one night pre flight stay.

We stayed here the day before a flight. We arrived about an hour before check in as the traffic was good that day. The hotel allowed us to check in early (no extra charges) which I thought was very good. Hotel had a bus stop just outside of it which was convenient to reach the tube station. Very convenient for Heathrow airport. I would recommend this hotel.

Stayed one night for Heathrow airport the next day, adequate facilities in the room and near the bus stop for the London bus going into the terminals. Was not offered transport at reception but worked it out myself anyway on maps how to get to airport. Bar and meals are available plus a buffet breakfast.

My stay at the hotel went well overall. When I arrived, well before the scheduled check-in time (3pm), the reception was very quick and efficient. Although my room was not yet ready, I was offered to leave my suitcase at reception and wait in a comfortable lounge with all the necessary amenities. The room was spacious and clean, with no unpleasant odours. The bed was particularly comfortable, which gave me a good night's rest. However, the shower head was too close to the wall, which made it a little uncomfortable to use. The only downside of my stay was the early morning noise: from 6am onwards, many guests seemed to be uninhibited, talking loudly and slamming doors. Of course, this was not a problem directly related to the hotel, but rather to the incivility of other visitors. Finally, the hotel has a large car park, which is very convenient, as well as a nearby bus stop for the city centre. It is also well located, close to the airport.

Quiet, clean hotel with a simply connection to and from Heathrow Airport and Hounslow West tube station for the City of London using the local London city buses.

Staff were courteous and friendly. They accommodated my early check in request without issue. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable and quiet. Would recommend if you need an economical hotel close to LHR and bus/tube service to London.
