Property was in a good location. The only issue thst became an inconvenience is the elevator did not work the day we arrived or let and I had a stroller with a baby, which was a bit difficult when carrying suitcases. There is no front desk to speak to someone and you need a PIN code to enter the building, elevator and room

Nice condo in upscale condition. Walkable to bars and restaurants and situated close to Mayflower and Plymouth Rock. Beautiful surmises over the ocean and one can observe the lively harbor right from the condo balcony.
Had some issues with the electronic door entry but the call center was quick to respond.

Was very good. Only complaint was that we did not have kuerig teas and creamers like all of the other rooms.
Plus the apartment needs a mirror in the bedroom. Only mirror in the place is in the bathroom. Very tough getting ready.

Condo was nice and location is wonderful! However upon arrival we had no AC and it was 87 inside. We contacted the person provided, he said flip breaker. We did and didn’t work. We
Didn’t hear anything back so my husband called - got hung up and then the guy wouldn’t answer. He left a VM and the guys texted him back cussing at him and being threatening! Eventually he changed us into another condo but it was much smaller (two beds less so 4 of us were on the floor!) we stayed because at least it had AC and it had gotten late. I had a screaming 1 year old and 4 year old who were exhausted.
The condo and location were great but we will never stay there again due to how unprofessional and rude they were.

Make sure you get an access code! There is no reception or person on-site when you arrive. I booked a week in advance on Expedia and did not read my check-in instructions - when I arrived, I couldn't access the room because you have to receive an email 24hrs in advance with a code, which I never received. I called the property, texted, and messaged on Expedia but never heard back. I had to rebook last minute at a nearby hotel which was unfortunate. Be mindful of that when booking and consider another avenue aside from Expedia to ensure that you get the code.

Perfect location with great space for us to spread out and catch up on travel laundry. Only downside was there aren’t blackout curtains and when the sun comes up at 4:15am, it’s pretty brutal for wake-up.

This condo was incredible for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! The space was huge, balcony with views of the harbor were incredible, and we had everything we needed in one spot! Host was responsive. We would love to come back!

We were within walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, shopping, and historical sights. The unit had three security levels to enter which I appreciated being only myself and my daughter. The landlord was quick to respond and the amenities were very comfortable. There were extra linens and blankets. The view was nice. If you are looking for a place to stay in Plymouth- book this place!

This property is gorgeous. The people who own it or are managing it are extremely responsive. The view is gorgeous. The building is safe and check in instructions were easy. There are a few drawbacks. One is that I think they need to replace the company who cleans for them. The bedding and furniture smells stale and that permeates the condo. But the worst was that there was feces splattered on the side of the sink cabinet right next to the toilet. It was not a pleasant thing to have to experience for two days. Also—one of the sliding glass doors don’t lock or even latch. There’s a balcony and that didn’t feel too safe. Honestly, if the cleaning improves and the latch gets fixed, this place is perfect.

We had an amazing time! The hotel was extremely clean, safe, and in the perfect location to walk to nearby shopping and restaurants. The property manager provided all of the information we needed and was great to work with. We would stay here again because of his timely communication and the overall property’s location and cleanliness.

Everything was wonderful. Only had an issue getting the tv’s to work. But both Connor & Matt were extremely helpful and quick assisting us to get them working. Both very pleasant. Can’t wait to go back again!

Location is great. The property itself is nice and clean. Nice kitchen, comfortable furniture, spacious bathroom. I liked convenience of the private parking and keyless entry to everything.
Construction was ongoing in the building so it was VERY loud in the daytime. Could hear every footstep above us on the third floor as well. The property also could use a few basic additions. There was no bedroom light (had to use the TV or cell phone for light), closet system in bedroom unfinished, etc. A good experience overall for a birthday getaway, but a little on the pricey side all considered.

The unit and building are clean and beautiful. It’s in a great spot for shopping and restaurants. The only thing I would say is the walls are paper thin, which can be entertaining, but sometimes not so much. ;) Overall though it was a fabulous stay.

We had very loud neighbors 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed. The walls are extremely thin so if you have little kids I would not recommend staying here. Loud music late at night when you are trying to put babies to bed is infuriating. Our contact Connor was very apologetic and refunded us one night which I was grateful for. Otherwise the place was clean and ok. No bathtub which again is not ideal with little kids and no blackout shades on the bedroom windows so you have bright lights from across the street shining in all night. Might not bother young people who don’t have kids!
