The hotel exceeded expectations with service, hospitality, comfort, and style. The location was convenient in the city centre and near the train station. The dark curtains were great for our jet lag. Overall a wonderful experience.

The staff was helpful and cordial. The room was clean. The room layout was strange. The toilet room had no sink! You have to exit the toilet room, walk through the sleeping area to the shower/sink room! (Put a small basin in the toilet room!) The area of Rue de La République near the hotel was not as clean as other areas of Avignon. There were often people hanging out. More than one shouting match happened along the road while we were there.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Good air-conditioning. The location is excellent. Our only nitpick would be about the in room coffee. All you get is a packet of instant Nescafe. A coffee maker or a nicer coffee pod would be appreciated for a hotel of this caliber.

Right in the center of the action during the festival! We loved the location! Many amenities to enjoy- the breakfast was particularly convenient for early mornings.

Smack dab in the middle of the main drag in Avignon - easy to get around, but if you're not into crowds (and some noise), maybe look elsewhere. A tad hard to find the front door to this place since GPS sends you one way and the door is on a side street. Rooms were fine, and we landed in Avignon on day one of a theater / cinema festival, so it was a lively time. Easy walk here from the train station - 5 minute straight shot.

The only complaint was no parking on site. Other than that 5 stars all around.

We had a bit of difficulty getting there as the main street was closed and instructions from the staff were confusing, but ultimately made it. The place overall was perfect for our stay!

It was a very nice hotel. Close to everything! The room is by a busy street which can get very loud at night. Bath towels were not replaced and coffee cups were not washed. Only made the bed seemed like. Receptionists at the lobby were very nice and helpful. Overall a nice place to stay. We will come back! Thank you very much.

We stayed for one night at this great property in the old center city in Avignon. The hotel is in great condition with newly renovated rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was in walking distance of the main attractions in the old city including the papal castle and the Pont D'Avignon.

We were so thrilled with our room and the stylish decor. It was gorgeous with a large tub and beautiful bathroom. We slept well with a quiet room and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. It was wonderful and if we could duplicate everything about this hotel, we would select to stay in every town.

We stayed in the standard double room, while it was a little small for all of luggage, but it was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was sufficient and plentiful. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great location. Across the street from most tour pick ups.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely modern hotel with really comfortable bed abd good surcon. Nice bathroom with seperate toilet. Room was a little small for two but was fine for the two nights we stayed. Breakfast was just enough. Location was perfect to walk everywhere. All Staff were friendly with great service throughout.

The hotel is within city wall and short walk to all attractions. There is an elevator and friendly front desk. There are two windows in the room one can open in a pleasant and very quiet courtyard but it let’s mosquitoes in.The overall feeling that this is not really a hotel but managed apartments - no ice on the floor, no place to hang around except the small bar. The room is extremely small, a few hangers but no dresser or shelves or drawers at all- have to live out is suitcases. The transparent shower in the middle of the room feels very strange. There are no side tables by the bed but two small soft stools. They did not change bedding for 6 days!!

Very nicely appointed room - good amenities, very clean, large bed, large shower, and friendly, professional staff. However room itself was small sized - very limited space for our luggage.

My wife and I stated there for 6 nights and had a wonderful time.

Gorgeous hotel! Amazing room design, very spacious, contemporary, quiet and clean. The breakfast was FIVE STARS - delicious wide range of options from yogurt to fruit to local honey and pastries. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the surrounding area is very pedestrian friendly - you’re 5 minutes from the main square of Avignon with all the sights! Can’t ask for better.

The property is tired and outdated. The room was very small and spartan. The coffee in the room was instant and there was no coffee maker. The shower floor was very slippery.

Bathroom amenities Ok. Conditioner and lotion but no shampoo. Bed very comfortable. Communal spaces less comfortably appointed. Reservation for two but only one bottle of water provided. Great shower. Welllocated near Tourist Info Center which is the pick up spot for many tours. Great value for price.

The property is comfortable and very close to some really great dining. There really isn't a bar or restaurant, there is only an area near the font desk for a drink. I did not have their breakfast, so i can't comment. The staff was very nice and helpful!

We enjoyed a very comfortable and restful sleep. Staff were quite helpful. We will stay again in the future!

Limited storage areas and absolutely no drawers. No air conditioning due to time period ...

Enjoyed our stay this spring. Room was great only downside was the A/C hadn’t been turned on for the year yet and we had to open the windows. The bar across the street was noisy and the trash trucks start around 5am!!
