Good overall

Really bad odor in the room

They do not charge on the room the taxi, and they do not make change, restaurant is not good,

Great room, clean and good size. Easy to access from airport (25 mins drive)

Very good property, clean rooms and modern facility. Excellent bar and good food, watched soccer game at the bar.

The shuttle to and from the airport is a falsed ad. Not so visitor friendly or able to speak outside of Native language.

Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Location is ok. Bathroom fan is not working. Not enough lighting in the room. Reading light is broken but works. When I walked to the room the sink was draining extremely slow, but, maintenance took care of it right away other than that I really enjoyed staying there.

New building, poor service, overstaffed but not responsive to most of the requests.

Good location , clean hotel and great pool and view

Property was great. Super clean, gym and pool amenities were perfect. Staff was helpful and kind. However not a lot around the property, takes 20min taxi ride minimum to get into town.

Exceptionally clean and quiet. Stayed in 1 bedroom suite which was very nice size good value

Stayed 6nights recently. Very nice to stay for biz travellers. The hotel is new & convenient, & the hotel room is clean while the condition of all towels need to be improved since they were very smelly everyday.

Walking into the lobby was like walking into an aroma therapy spa. The lobby, halls and my room were immaculate! I have never seen a hotel at this standard before! It was as if it was the first day they opened. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional! I was very pleased with my stay! Amazing stay! Thank you!!

Worst customer service I have ever received

My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff don’t communicate with each other. It took them 5 hours to get our beds ready after we checked in. They gave us dirty towels and dirty cups. After I asked them 4 times. Half the lights in our room weren’t working. They have a “taxi” service to the airport that wanted to charge us on the side so he can pocket money. He said he would charge us 300, he said the hotel takes half the money and he would rather make the money himself. We felt bad for him, at 4 am when I called to see where he was he said its 400 or he wasn’t coming, he was afraid he would get caught. At this point we had no choice we had to get to the airport. Never staying here again. One of the worst customer service I have received since we arrived.

The location was inconvenient. There was practically nothing around the hotel within walking distance.

Nice property and clean but far from everything.

This was a perfect stay for our first trip to Morocco. The staff was very nice, attentive and accommodating and the food was good.

Very nice hotel but with a bit of a distance from the city center the staff, the amenities, the food parking where all good all in all I like this hotel

The hotel is out a ways from Casablanca (about 15 min from the excitement of downtown) which worked great for us. The morning breakfast is lovely and worth it. The entire hotel is very clean and safe. Great air conditioning and shower! Would definitely stay here again.

We Stayed here a few nights to visit cassa , The hotel is excellent and very clean. The staff at breakfast are very friendly and give a welcoming greeting to make you feel at home. As do the parking security staff . The room itself is well equiped , just as you expect from hilton, and very quiet. The gym is is also fully functioning which is great for a quick hotel excercise session. The only let down for most will be the location , if you plan to walk anywhere then dont stay here .we had a car , so this was really perfect for our stay!

The staff were amazing. The front desk Amane was great in responding to request s and following up on them.

Front staffs are very friendly and caring, specially Zacharia. Our room was like it was built in an hour for us. Bathroom tissue holder on the wall needs to move up. The night tables and coffee table are too small. These require improvements.

If you drive, it is very convenient: there are several gas stations around it, it is located between city and airport. Key point we like this hotel is there is very nice and huge restaurant next to it.

Very new facility. Well maintained by staff. Very clean.

Very very nice place

All staff members are pleasant to deal with and security guys are so friendly and helpful when parking and leaving the underground parking. They should fix the AC unit that keeps shutting off during the night it was hot and annoying, and the direction on the Expedia site is wrong someone should fix it.
