Quiet, spotless, convenient. Late check in but met owner next morning, Decent rate for busy Summer season. highly recommend!

If you are staying in Paonia, this is a nice little motel. Though an older property it has been updated and well maintained. My unit was tidy and clean and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, nice shower, and a very quiet air conditioner. Parking was right in front of the unit. Check in/out was easy and friendly. I'd stay here again, if I come to Paonia in the future. The motel is a couple block walk to the center of town.

An older property definitely refurbished on the inside! Comfy beds, a well appointed kitchen and lovely bathroom. And a bonus cherry tree right outside our door! The center courtyard had twinkle light and several sesting areas to enjoy the evening. It was lovely!

Such a nice staff there! The courtyard was so nice to just hang out with friends in the evenings. This hotel is so perfect for multiple nights in Paonia. Could of used a chest of drawers in our room.(#13) Great place to stay!!!!!

This was a nice little place with a nice layout for 4 people. It had a great stove and refrigerator. Would be a great place for folks who are staying for a few days or longer. The area around the Inn is a bit working class, but it was fine.

It doesn’t look like it’s on a busy street, but it’s on a busy street. Across from a busy liquor store. My room was the last room, which I don’t get because there was no one here. The truck noise all night long was awful. What was good? This person who checked me in was extremely pleasant and helpful. No ice machine. The room was clean. It’s short walk into town so there’s choices for food. Though I can’t recommend Rio Bravo because it wasn’t particularly good.

Felt unsafe, bat posted up right outside my door. Lots of loud traffic at the lq store accross the street. Key was left in a mailbox at 4:30 when I checked in. No answer at the door. I get a small town, but zero effot are put into the guests. Much better exsperiance just a few miles down the road.

It was clean, quite, and cozy. It was close to 100° outside yesterday. So, I was very thankfull that the room was already nice and cool when I arrived!

It was an adorable little room. I thought I got two double beds and it was only one, probably my fault. There are a lot odd amenities listed that are only in some rooms not all of them. It listed a kitchenette and there was not one. Made dinner a little difficult. Overall it was an enjoyable one night stay.

Beautiful outdoor garden area with comfy seating and tables. Easy check in with super friendly and helpful front desk attendant. He even insisted on bringing us extra cushions for the table right by our room door! We got upgraded to a kitchenette room which was really nice. An added bonus. Very clean with comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay. Easy walk to downtown shops and excellent brewery. We will stay again the next time we are in the area.

I didn't like that there wasn't someone in the office but for a few minutes of the time we were there.

Was very disappointed did not stay telephone in room was broke they tried to tape it back together bathroom floor had water all around stool asked about it was told it leaks sometimes ended up canceling 8 days that were booked and went elsewhere room was to hot and no way to turn ac down some

No one was at the counter to check in . No one was on property. I called no one answered my call. I left a message. . Went to dinner 45 minutes later I came back still on one at counter to check in. I did not stay at hotel requesting a refund on my money

Property is super dated and full of elm bugs. I was bit by something every night I stayed there. Decor inside looks like a late 80’s early 90’s Time Machine. Doorway to bathroom is so small you have to walk in sideways to get in bathroom. TV is the nicest thing in the room but it’s sitting on a dresser that is so small it mine as well be on the floor. There is a swamp cooler that runs all night and there’s no way to turn it off. The fridge is probably close to original, it sound like a Mack truck when it kicks on. The walls are so thin I could here people snoring on both sides of my room. I could even hear the phone vibrating on the neighbors nightstand so yeah, paper thin walls. On top of that my room backed up to the maintenance room I got to hear the imbalanced washer run all evening. Basically, if you can. Stay anywhere but here. Once you check in you are stuck they will not refund your money regardless of the bugs. They say as long as they aren’t bed bugs oh well. The owner is aware of the bugs and refuses to hire an exterminator. I killed a spider in room one night. Great town HORRIBLE HOTEL!!!!!!

Property was very clean and quiet. Very close to downtown. Check in was a task as the property manager was M.I.A. - the sign on the door said he’d have the portable phone with him or that he would be in room 22,24 or laundry “out back” - I couldn’t find him. Not a big deal. I’d stay again.

Paonia is a magical place to visit. There are very few hotel options in town. Winter months are slow here (we used to live here several years). We had to wait quite awhile for the staff to be available to get us checked in which was a bit frustrsting

The hours were odd and if you need to get in touch with someone outside those hours it is impossible. The bed was awful. I would not suggest this place.
