The place is very nice, nature-oriented and very clean... It is not far from the main street and uber easily picks you up and drops you off. Breakfast is also really good... very recommended, will stay there again.

The rooms are very clean. Employees from Restaurant are nice and helpful.
Small suggestion:
When you know in advance that two guests are coming to a room, one single bottle of water for a room of two makes no sense. If only one courtesy bottle of water is provided to lower costs, then at least, provide two cheap dispossable glasses, so those two guest can share that little single water bottle. Small things make a big difference with very little costs.
Get rid of all the garbage that lies under the trees and you will get a Whole Hotel and Propierty is kept very clean and spotless Star !

The staff was wonderful especially Xiomara and the food was great too.
My minor complaint is the elite room was SMALL, very small. They look much larger in pictures, keep that in mind. But the place is beautiful and in the middle of greenery that makes you feel wonderful. I easily upgraded once there,luckily they had a larger room available.

This was a unique hotel as it looks like it is utilized for group celebrations. The staff was outstanding and breakfast was delicious. There is a guard at the entrance during the night which was nice to have. The view from the property was great!

The hotel is very good, its appearance and service too, I think they need to have more detail in the cleanliness and certain things that are ruined such as the bathroom doors or the sink covers, but in general a good hotel

My experience was excellent! I recommend this place 100%. Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Place was very clean. Lack dinner but that is OK. Breakfast and Lunch was superb!.

They had book the room that I paid for, they said that the guest never checked out and that they couldn’t go in the room, when clearly I heard a couple give the room number that I had booked at breakfast the next morning, plus I arrived 30 minutes early and asked me to paid extra to check in.

Had a wonderful stay here! Had great service and delicious breakfast! The only thing I would recommend is adding more signage as it was hard to see where the location was! But otherwise I would definitely stay here again and will stay here again when in San Salvador! This place was beautiful and convenient location!

I have a fabulous stay ay Hotel Finca in San Nicolas. It was an amazing experience overall from the staff, the food, the amenities like the swimming pool inside. Staying at the hotel feels close to nature as well and I enjoy my stay.

Most staff members are extremely helpful and nice.
Reasons why I might not stay there again:
1. At check out they had to do a walk thru of the room and they charged us $10 for a key card.
2. The driveway up the the property, is so bad you can consider it off-roading conditions.
3. No elevators and no bellhop.
4. Breakfast is really limited and they charge for simple things like sour cream. (This might just be a me thing)
5. Walls are paper thin. Had a dog barking all night..

The main entrance driveway needs maintenance and improvements and dogs were barking in the middle of the night for the two days that we stayed there. The shower drain were clocked and we reported and they didn’t do anything.
