Property had everything you need: Dining, terrace bar, spa.

Hotel and service are very good. It is a bit away from the city center so you will have to rely on a taxi or car.

Very good driver for the shuttle Mauro. Give helpful advises, friendly, dynamic, funny and on time. Sharp waiter on yhe terrace restaurant. Clean hotel with a lot of space. Calm room with a nicr voew. We enjoy!

While the location isn't terribly convenient, the accommodations were amazing. Love the rooftop Terrace for dinner, the sleek decore, everything was fully functioning, etc. I highly rexommend the Gold Tower.

The hotel itself is great..Staff was friendly. Rooms are good. But I would not walk around at night in that neighborhood. Thank you to the amazing staff. You made us feel welcome.

Such a lovely experience

Very modern clean and beautiful place

You will regret staying at this hotel. It was so bad that we booked for 4 nights, but only stayed 2 nights and left to book a room at the Star Hotel. I didn't care about losing the money we spent for the last 2 nights because we were so happy to get out of there. There was one good thing about this hotel: the shuttle driver, Mauro. He was friendly and very helpful, and our favorite staffer from the many we encountered from throughout our trip in multiple cities. The reason why you will regret staying here is not because of the hotel itself. The quality was good, new, high tech etc..but they have a business model where they purposely built it far from the city center, right in the middle of the ghetto. It's by far the worst location for a hotel in a city like this that I have ever experienced. It's a very trashy and unsafe part of town, basically a dump. It's very hard to even get a taxi or Uber to come out there, even during peak hours, which is why they offer the shuttle, but that is only at a few times during the day. If you need to go anywhere during the morning, evening, or night, you are stuck, which brings me full circle to why this place is so terrible: their business model is designed to take advantage of you because you get out there and then you are stuck paying, for example, 70 euros for 2 basic breakfasts. Also, they rebooked our room after we left 2 days early. Again, part of their business model. Youve been warned. You will hate staying here.

Very nice place just in a shady looking area

We had a pleasant stay at the Gold Tower Hotel, where we spent 5 nights and were overall very satisfied. The staff was exceptionally helpful, particularly Francesca at the reception and Mauro, the friendly shuttle bus driver. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean. The mattress was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The breakfast was excellent, and the Vesuvius garden provided a lovely spot to relax or read. However, the hotel's surrounding area was less appealing, as it is located in an industrial zone that felt dirty and unsafe. To address this, the hotel offers a shuttle service to the city center at 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 5:00 PM, and 6:00 PM. It would be beneficial to offer additional shuttle times in the morning and evening as well. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

Property inside was beautiful, but the outside neighborhood was scary.

The Hotel is beautiful and a good deal for the price. Large and very comfortable rooms. People are very friendly and staff is incredibly helpful. The shuttle but is fine and helps a lot to go to the city but it is not as frequent. The Hotel is far from town.

Great stay with an awesome breakfast and helpful staff for my first time in Naples. Area was a bit rough and we chose not to walk anywhere outside the property and instead stayed till it was time to leave to Ravello. Overall awesome experience, surrounding area was a bit of a hood/slum.

We had a very nice experience at Gold Tower. The hotel rooms were super clean and each staff member went above and beyond to provide excellent service. The main standout was our driver, Mauro — this guy is a legend! Since it was our first time in Napoli, Mauro gave us such great food and exploration recommendations to make sure we hit all the local spots. We very much appreciated the genuine conversations and jokes!

Amazing hotel, great staff and wonderful rooms. The only thing to highlight would be their area is a bit rough so would suggest getting cabs to go into central Naples or get the hotels shuttle service but otherwise it’s a fantastic stay

This property is located just outside of Naples city center. If you want less noise, crowd, and ease of getting in and out of the city (if you drive), this is a very good hotel for those reasons. However, if you don't drive or don't want to take a taxi everywhere, then it may be better to stay at another more convenience location. The hotel does provide a free shuttle service to the city center, but with limited schedules. On the downside, the hotel front desk would not lend us a towel for a one day boat trip, citing hotel policy would not allow towels leaving the property. This is quite ridiculous! We could probably simply ask the maid for an extra towel or get one from the fitness room. Anyway, we simply rented a towel by the port. This is not a smart policy nor considerate of the customer's needs.

Very nice and modern property. The area around the property is horrible. They do offer parking in a secured lot. The staff was helpful and friendly! The breakfast was great!

Great view of Mt Vesuvius. Service at Rame restaurant needs improvement. Room service wanted 8€ to bring empty wine glasses to room. Location in the middle of no where. Only 10’ taxi ride to airport ;)

Beautiful and clean, the staff was very helpful at all times, great service at the restaurant, delicious food, only the spa was a bit disappointing since they couldn’t accommodate all 6 family members and closed for service after 9pm, beside that great place to stay

Really good 4* hotel. Incredible breakfast for 15€ pp. Carpark included. Good gym. The area is not very nice but it is a 10min drive away from the centre of Naples. Spa is not included and is 35€ pp for 2h, did not try it.
