Quick check-in. Comfortable, spacious King suite. Good bed and bedding. Right off 95.

Room was clean but the breakfast was horrible. Limited food selections and the breakfast staff were rude. The trash was overflowing, the orange juice dispencer needed cleaning and they were not replenishing the food 45 minutes before the close of breakfast. I have never been so disappointed with a Springhill Suites breakfast. Also, the location was too far from Downtown Richmond (20-25 minutes). I couldnt wait to leave. It was just not a good vibe for the money. The breakfast people really turned me off and made it uncomfortable. But wait the first day I even tipped the breakfast staff only for him to be rude to me the next day. I always tip the staff but not when they are rude.

While the site was clean and easy to get to from the interstate, the entrance to the hotel was very convoluted. In our room, a buzzing noise could be overheard the whole first night. We assumed that it was a broken ice maker which was right near the suite door, but was still plugged in even though the staff knew it was broken. When asked to check on it, I'm not sure anyone ever did. The blind in the window wouldn't come all the way down, so street lights shown through the window. When asked to have it fixed, we were told that it couldn't be fixed. We did request to be moved. Upon the second request, we were given another room-right above a conference area rented out for a party. There was a loud bass until at least 10. I know they were doing the best they could, but it wasn't the best experience.

The hot water from the shower took forever to come out but when it did, it was nice! Everything else was great and I never have problems or complaints when I stay at SpringHill hotels.

The hotel itself was fantastic. Clean rooms, nice decor, and friendly service. The main complaint I have is that in a 4 night stay they didn't clean our room once. I had to ask for clean towels every day and it was very frustrating. I get it if they want to be eco friendly and skip a day. But going 4 nights with no refills for towels and soaps was not very nice.

I stayed overnight with my four children. We had a sweet two fans and a pullout sofa. Our stay was very comfortable and all of the staff we encountered were helpful and accommodating. The waffles are breakfast were delicious and we enjoyed having some time to swim in the pool.

Great location off I 95. Behind a Cracker Barrel with nearby restaurants and shopping .our room was clean quiet and spacious but The bed was not comfortable and there was no waste basket in the bathroom.

Christina and Guadelope were excellent at the front desk. Check in was a breeze. Our room was locsted in close proximity to loud children, and without entering our suite Christina was able to change our room. The ONLY thing missing was hardwoods otherwise this hotel would rate a 20.. cleanliness, staff nearby supervising the grounds, prompt service from housekeeping, and customer service I'll never forget!

The hotel itself was very nice. Clean, quiet, and offers a very nice free breakfast. However, they were not at all accommodating when I needed to end my stay one day early, and hoped to get a refund just for that one day (after we had already stayed there 3 nights). They would not make any exceptions, even after I told them I had had a death in my family. Disappointed in their customer service, I guess.

Accessible rooms need to be updated with better beds. The bed frame was leaning and nearly sitting on the floor. It was so low that it was under the fixed headboard. It was also oddly tilted so the foot of the bed was higher than the head causing a weird elevation of our feet. One of the worst nights sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. Great hotel otherwise.

Disappointed when I reached out to the front desk regarding no hot water with extremely low water pressure being barely able to rinse off. I encountered indifference. The agent responded nothing he could do about it let the water run. I expected more for 170 per night. The pool area was less than clean and underwhelming. That being said the rest of the staff was warm and welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel at this price point.

Great hotel, comfortable beds, clean, and great staff. I’d stay again, for sure. I personally wasn’t a fan of the area it’s in but that’s my only complaint.

Lots of sports teams in the hotel, and I could tell the poor front desk attendant was exhausted, but she was still very nice. The guy at checkout was really nice too. Nice gym, GREAT room. They were getting the free breakfast ready when we had to check out at 6:45 AM, and it looked REALLY good... but it did not start until 7:AM on the weekends, which was a little frustrating. It should be 6:AM. The pool was wicked small and a little cold. I would still recommend though.
