Keith was SO helpful and welcoming! We had a few travel glitches and he helped us out. His instructions were spot on and we didn't have any trouble finding the home or getting in. Place was spotless with plenty of room for the six of us. Very nice coffee machine. Even though we didn't have any children with us, we were impressed at the number of amenities for children. A couple of things we thought other guests might be aware of are that the front burners of stove are SUPER hot (no simmering possible) and that the pool is not heated and is an additional $80/day if heated. We did not get into the water because of that. That information was in the description of the property, but I failed to see it. Lastly, the property backs on a very busy street, so there is lots of traffic noise when trying to sleep.

Keith was an awesome host! Nice quiet location with a pool. Close access to local restaurants and highways to get you anywhere around Orlando.

My family and I stayed at Keith’s place for 3 weeks while my daughter did a physical therapy program nearby. The house was absolutely perfect, I can’t think of a single thing we needed and didn’t have. Everything was comfortable and so kid friendly - my toddler made herself right at home with the toys and water table. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and still had plenty of empty space for our food and supplies. There were even black out shades in the kid’s room which I super appreciated! The pool and backyard are both HUGE and we loved getting to play outside in the afternoons. The only possible negative was a good amount of traffic noise could be heard from inside, but we always travel with sound machines so this wasn’t an issue for us. My husband was sad to leave because he loved it so much. 😅 We would love to come back and stay again!

Beautiful house, obviously recently remodeled with an awesome kitchen which was important because we cooked every meal. The main bedroom was very nice, king bed, big tv and walk in shower! Great living room with huge sectional and huge tv! The other three bedrooms each slept two or three people with a nice bathroom to share. The pool area was a little paradise for kids and adults alike. We loved it!!!

This is an older home that shows signs of updating. It is one floor and has 4 good sized bedrooms. It is modestly decorated and was clean. Appliances are very recent and work well. The kitchen is very well equipped for every aspect of cooking and serving. Linens were clean and in good shape. The pool is very large for a rental, and has a deep end of 6 to 8 ft. There are some small tears in the pool screening that allow a few insects, but nothing that interferes with the cleanliness of the pool. The house has plenty of accessories to help parents, and there's a child gate offering a line of protection to the pool. All doors offering pool access lock. A very enjoyable house, but it's necessary to mention that the property backs up to state highway 434. If traffic noise is a consideration, be aware that it is constant on this six lane highway.

Found the house easily, was exactly as shown. The beds we’re extremely comfortable. House was very well equipped. Patio and pool area were great although the pool was not heated. The location was great for us as we were there to attend my grandsons graduation from full sail university which was about 20 minutes away. In winter park. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this property! We talked about renting it again in the future we loved it so much. It was a perfect location for where we needed. The pool was perfect and the amenities were an A+.

Just came in for a family event and needed a place to stay without the cold feel of a hotel. Home was clean and comfortable. The owners were especially accommodating since two of our guests flights were changed and had to stay another night. We stayed during March and the pool was too cold for us but kept well.

We rented this house for 3 weeks while our son attended daily physical therapy and were very comfortable for our entire stay. Keith is an excellent property manager and very communicative and responsive. The listing is exactly as described and close to many attractions. We will be booking again!

This is an excellent property for a large family. Close to freeways and many shopping options. Newly remodeled open floorplan.

We really enjoyed our stay in Longwood. The house was very spacious and had a great pool area! Perfect location about 30 minutes from both the airport and all Disney/universal parks. Easy to get an Uber to and from. Little details like the wireless phone chargers in the bedroom, extra pool towels, and a coffee bar were nice touches. Overall, a great weekend getaway!

This house was very clean with a nice yard and pool. Very family friendly. Location was very convenient for us visiting family with close connections to several major highways. Nespresso pods and machine were a very nice touch!
