This is the ultimate spot to be.. during the day time. This is definitely a peaceful space for a peaceful outing during the day. This is not ideal to be out in the evening.

We had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s property. It was just like the photos and description online. Plenty of space as we were there for a family reunion. Loved the outdoor dining and hang out spaces. All the rooms were beautifully equipped and we didn’t feel like anything was missing that we needed. Would definitely love to stay again - perfect for families or group of friends!

Our stay was perfect at this beautiful home. It worked out perfectly for a group of 12, it had plenty of room between inside and outside. The only negative is that the WiFi didn't work all the time, it could've been because multiple people were on it at the same time, I'm not sure but the host did reply back to messages about it and did try to help get it resolved. I would reserve this home again.

Property is nice and quiet,I loved the backyard, easy access to freeways and stores, the host Ricky always communicate with me.Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Ricky’s space is beautiful and our stay here was wonderful. The house is very spacious and my entire family loved it. Ricky was helpful always and communicative in a timely manner. I hosted a small gathering here for my graduation celebration and it was a great space for that, got so many compliments! Cant want to be back.

Ricky’s home is so beautiful. There’s lots of decor everywhere. It was such a beautiful and cozy place to host my cousin’s bachelorette. There was enough space for us to sit, eat, play games, and lounge. My favorite part was the meditation room and backyard. I love all the pillows and comfy furniture. Although the weather wasn’t the best, we still enjoyed the house. The beds were very comfortable; it was enough bathrooms for all of us. We appreciated the towels and toiletries provided. Also there were many helpful kitchen items - plates, mugs, coffee, salt, utensils, etc. Ricky was super easy to communicate with and responded usually within 5 minutes. He also was very flexible with checking in and out. We also loved that there was plenty of parking space in the driveway and street. It did take us some time to get from the house to the places we wanted to go (pacific beach, downtown) so just plan your itinerary in advance and accordingly. Also remember there’s traffic depending on when and where you are going. Checkout was super easy. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a gathering of about 12 people to celebrate our daughter's birthday with family members. The backyard was a fantastic place to enjoy games, food, and getting update with everyone. Love the long table and garden seating!

We enjoyed our stay and Ricky was very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful. So many plants and so many colors. We did have several little kids and there were a lot of breakable things. We would've taken that into consideration. But it was a wonderful house and area. Very close to a grocery store, quiet neighborhood. We were grateful to be there!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving with my family. This place was great. Awesome backyard with pink pong table, fire pit, and plenty of room so it never felt crowded. Ricky was awesome and met me at the place to show me around. Would definitely rent it again.

This property is perfect for larger groups. The openness of the floor plan creates great hosting opportunities. We had 5 cars and never had any trouble finding parking.
