We enjoyed this condo very much! Our son was visiting the Colorado school of mines. The location is perfect! There were two bedrooms and a fold out couch bed so we had our choice of where to sleep. It was two adults and one teenager. The kitchen is very nice and well equipped. The bedding is comfortable! The furniture is very nice! And everything is super super clean. It’s an excellent VRBO!! I will stay there again if we have to go back to the college! Oh yes, in the patio is very cute as well. You are up on a second story and you can have a nice view.

Had a massive 30" snowstorm in the middle of our stay. The host was fantastic. Home was clean and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area. Would stay here again!

Perfect place to stay in Golden for the views and for the location! Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The space isn't huge, but that didn't matter as we were outside most of the day and really only spent time there at night. Everything was very comfortable, the check in instructions were clear and we found the place with no issues.

Location is two blocks from the School of Mines and very convenient. View from the deck onto the hills was very pretty and peaceful and the deck had nice outdoor furniture. Laundry is located downstairs however we didn’t use. Apartment is located above the garage up a flight of stairs. Parking next to the stairs is tight but ok for a small car. The apartment looks new, clean and well taken care of. Bathroom and shower are clean and nice, comfortable. The only area that needed improvement were the pillows which were too soft but not a deal breaker. As we had no time to go to shops and for people without a car, some basics in the apartment like Kleenex, tea, hot chocolate/apple cider would have been helpful and made our trip complete. Keep in mind that no one checks the VRBO app for messages. Once I called the company that handles the reservation and was given the owner’s cell number, communication was awesome.

The condo was very nice. Beautiful view. Easy access to many attractions.

This apartment was super clean and very well stocked with all the essentials. Dean was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond when we had questions. Amazing views from the sunny deck and living room. Beds were very comfortable. Great location as less than 1 mile from downtown Golden and walking trails close by. We have stayed in many rentals and this was by far one of the nicest places we have stayed. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Golden and would definitely stay here again when we are in town.

My daughter and my son joined me for a short stay in Golden, Colorado. Accommodations are outstanding with fantastic views and comfortable beds. The kitchen is amazing. My daughter had her own room, and my son slept on the pullout couch and said it was very easy to use and comfortable. Also, very close to Colorado School of Mines, which was cool for us.

This was the perfect place to stay for our weekend in Golden! We plan to come back! Great host, beautiful views, very clean and comfortable, and a great location!

Cottage apartment is a super place to stay. Everything was extremely clean and well thought out. The host was super nice and very accessible and if you cannot do stairs, then don’t book this place. Otherwise I couldn’t recommend it more highly.

This property is a hidden gem! It’s only 15 minutes from Red Rocks and comfortably slept 4 adults so if you are going to a concert or hiking/visiting Golden or the surrounding areas I would definitely recommend you stay here! Dean is an awesome host!

This is a great space to rent if you're visiting Golden. It is two blocks from the Colorado School of Mines and walkable to downtown (about 10-15 minutes). The space is new and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent it again!

My husband and I came for a few days to check out Golden and see a a show at Red Rocks. This carriage house was perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to town. Would be a great place to visit your kid at Mines, too. Very clean and comfortable bed. Highly recommend

My 2 teenagers, 7 year old and I had the best stay. Beautiful property, great location that is close to campus (my kids had camp at Mines), and an excellent kitchen that allowed us to cook most meals on property. The patio was amazing and I took time to relax and read and had a great view of the big M all lit up at night. We are looking forward to rebooking for next year.

Close to campus and downtown with a view of the golf course and the M! Clean and convenient. Great communication.

This place was A+. Located in a quiet and cute neighborhood but within walking distance to many wonderful restaurants and shops, and just quick drive to popular trails, parks, and other fabulous destinations. The owner was super friendly, helpful with clear communication. Felt like I was in a brand new house. Would def stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay to do some work and some relaxing! Perfect location, immaculately clean, well stocked with all the necessities and more! Host was very quick to respond. Truly enjoyed it and plan to go back!

Great for 4 adults. Can walk to downtown for restaurants and Coors plant. Structure was in new condition and attention to details was excellent. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful stay and Dean was excellent host. Cottage was well appointed, had a large kitchen and amazing views from the deck. We stayed here while moving our son to the School of Mines and loved getting to sit on the deck and see the "M" shining bright on the mountain in the evenings. We will definitely be staying here again.
