We have been to Kingsand Cawsand many times with our young children and are so grateful to have found somewhere so close to the beach with a bit of space for us all, as well as an outside patio and for it to be just so beautiful and comfortable. Ross and Carol were so responsive and generous and we can't wait to come back to our happy place!

One of the best cottages we’ve ever stayed in, so much thought has gone into this newly renovated property. A great location, just a stones throw from the beach and easy access to the coast path . Host’s couldn’t have been more helpful, with all the info we needed provided in a handy pdf document. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.

We feel very privileged to have been the first family to rent this newly renovated, exquisite property. Located 2 minutes from the beach and every detail accounted for. The house was stunningily decorated and really felt like staying in a boutique hotel. The owners were very helpful and responsive leading up to our stay and provided us with a comprehensive guide which covered everything in the local area. Cawsand is a gorgeous village within a short distance of the SW coast path. Lots to do from SUP to surfing; walking to visiting interesting places like the Mount Edgecombe estate.
