Great place to stay with access to the Clearwater river on backside of the property. Quick access to town and lake. Had a great time!

It was agreat place to stay. Ads shoukd make clear that bedroom with bunk beds is on lower lever and garage is not included!

Beautiful scenery and very cool to be right on the river. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable hangout spaces.

The house and area were beautiful. There was little communication about check in time and we had to end up waiting for 3 hours in our car to check in. Also we could not get anything to work on tv. No streaming and no cable and just a dvd player in basement. So we were not able to relax and watch tv at night.

The house was great. Very clean and a beautiful neighborhood. It was close to everything with great views. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't need the one in the basement as there were only 2 adults and 2 schnauzers. The river is just down the hill from the house. We did not walk down as it looked a bit steep and we are older. Great Stay

Great layout, location and quiet neighborhood with the wonderful creek behind the house! Would have given 5 stars if the exterior deck wasn't in disrepair. Rebuild it in the back so the view can be enjoyed!

We had a group of women gather for a three night birthday party. The house was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. There were lots of
games and we enjoyed the outdoor space. It was a quiet neighborhood situated on the beautiful river. The beds were comfortable. Would definitely recommend this rental.

Beautiful area for hiking, fishing, canoeing and relaxing. Enjoyed eating and watching the deer from the patio area. Nice friendly neighbors as well.

Nice home with full kitchen and laundry was perfect for our group of 6. Nice access to the river and lots of games to keep everyone engaged. We had a few epic cornhole tournaments. Very welcoming property and owner.

Our group had a great time, very quiet and peaceful which is just what we were looking for! The house has neighbors (that you’d never guess were there) at the end of the road, still close to everything seeley has to offer! The beds and couches were comfy and has enough room for all of us. You can hear the River from the bedrooms and it’s a short walk down the hill to enjoy it.

Perfect trip. Enjoyable living areas, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Beautiful setting close to Seeley Lake and near the river in a nice area. A great place to get away from it all.

Fun snowmobiling get away for the family to Seeley Lake! Great parking for a truck & Trailer, plenty of room, clean and quiet! Look forward to another trip in the future.

Overall, house and all amenities were great. The only issue I had was the listing and pictures show all the beds, but kind of insinuate that the basement beds are possibly in the 2 rooms downstairs with the doors closed. This is not the case, as the bunk beds are together in the large room and there is no access to the other 2 rooms. There is also no bathroom downstairs. Not a huge deal unless you are looking for a little more privacy for 4 of the beds and closer access to a bathroom. Plenty of good parking for trucks and trailers. We did notice on checkout, that there was some strong septic tank smell in/near the breezeway outside...didn't see anything leaking in the snow and there was no issues inside the house, so not sure what it was, but thought I'd let you know in case there is an issue. Thanks, it was a great stay in a nice house!

Had a great experience. We did pay extra to be able to bring our dog. There is no fenced area for a dog so we spent a lot of time with our dog on a leash instead of having a turn out area. Minor inconvenience but with worth knowing.

We enjoyed the hom. There were only a couple of issues. The outlet in the master bath was not functioning and the home has spiders

This beautiful home was perfect for our family weekend. Great location and beautiful views! Would definitely stay again next time we are looking for a weekend away for some quality family time.

Great place to relax and watch the deer, hang out by the beautiful Clearwater only yards away, and enjoy all the comforts of home. Nice view of the Swan Range from the front yard, too!

Location was wonderful near Salmon Lake, on the Clearwater River and close to the Blackfoot. Close to Seely, MT and Morrell Falls. Plenty of towels, dishes and space for 8. Large kitchen and dining area.
Downsides: could improve with a deep clean of the house, mowing back yard and adding basic household items like spices, cling wrap, food storage containers for leftovers, and sandwich baggies.

4th of July family getaway
Great place. Great location for us because we have family next door. The house totally met our needs. Just a little short on some supplies but good experience overall. Would definitely rent again.
