This cute home has been completely renovated with all the amenities you’d need to step away from the hustle and bustle. Not far from Berlin/ middleberg Amish country and in Strasberg the most delicious little diner called the Canal Street diner. We definitely will be coming back.

This property is the PERFECT place for people who want all the amenities of a home but away from any city noise. This house had EVERYTHING we needed. Dishes, towels, soap, hottub washer/dryer, tv, wifi, firepit... everything!!! This property is close to local and chain stores and the people of Strasburg were very kind and warm welcoming people.

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights for my husbands birthday and it was awesome! It is about 20 minutes from main amish country and was nice to sit by the fire and in the hot tub. There was some local coyotes at night so we had to go in earlier than we wanted to. The hot tub had a crazy amount of bubbles in it which was interesting. We would stay here again!

Our family of six (two teens) enjoyed staying in this country home. We used both the hot tub and pool table. In the evening, we loved viewing the hundreds of lightning bugs in the field beside the home. The location was centered between Cleveland, Sandusky, and Columbus. The Amish Country and antique shops were also appreciated. The host was easy to contact and very accommodating.

Everything was perfect and exactly as expected. Great communication from host. Easy and detailed driving and entry directions from host. Property was very well maintained. Home was extremely clean and comfortable. Great experience. Highly recommend.

The Riverside Retreat was a respite from the noise of our lives. We enjoyed the clean, well-supplied VRBO space. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do while we were in Strasburg and the surrounding area. If you stay at the Riverside Retreat, be sure to visit the many historical places around the area. Zoar and the Ohio Erie Canal sites are very interesting, along with Fort Laurens, the first continental outpost of the Ohio Frontier, during the American Revolution.

5 of us met here for a long weekend..the house was impeccably clean and very comfortable! Loved the well-stocked kitchen and the hot tub, along with a convenient washer/dryer. The bed in the primary was super-comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is across a small river from an industrial area..which was a little concerning pulling in..but once you get back to the house its lovely and secluded.

We were looking for a place to get some peace and calm away from our otherwise chaotic lives…this space was perfect. It was very clean. Our bed was comfortable and the hot tub was great. Would recommend if you are looking for some relaxation!

This was a perfect getaway for 2 couples to get away for a few days. The house had everything we needed to cook our meals. The bedrooms are spaced out to not feel like you are on top of each other. The hot tub is a great addition. Clint was a great host and kept in touch throughout the stay to make sure we have everything we needed.

We spent one night here while we visited the area with a friend. I was very impressed with the place!!! It looks like it was recently remodeled and it was very well done!!! They put a lot into all the details of it!!! Very clean, and great communication with the owner! Great place!!! Highly recommend!!

This is one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO rentals we've ever been to! The owner was super kind and responsive. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could!!! We played lots of ping pong, relaxed in the hot tub, and enjoyed the comforts of this beautiful home.

Had a wonderful time. The place was exactly as presented and was pristine. We were close to town but far enough out to feel like the country with the peace and quiet. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this place to anyone who asked.

Me and bestie loved this place...it had everything we needed and it was easy to find. We enjoyed the hot tub (needed it after driving 7 hours). We plan on booking this place again. The host was wonderful. Can't wait to come back and stay again

We had a great time catching up with best of friends. Great to have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The only thing missing was a table to sit on inside the house and maybe some more steak knives, otherwise a great stay. Also Remember to go slow in the driveway. We did and had no issues with house next door.....

Charming home within short distance of all the attractions everyone goes to Amish country for. Check in process was easy and owner made sure everything went smoothly. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the hot tub or fire pit because of weather. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was very nicely re-done, we enjoyed the hot tub, wi-fi was strong. Used outside back patio, the house was in a very private area. Communication with owner was very prompt. Will definitely return.

Excellent stay. Such a nice, quiet area. We had such a relaxing time. The hot tub is a welcome thing. Beds were super comfortable. We didn't eat out much since it had a full kitchen and the gas grill was used a couple times. We did have pizza one night from Kraus pizza that was only okay considering the price. The host communication was excellent and he helped me with a problem (my fault) that we had. We will definitely try to stay here again next year! There is a great backroad that quickly takes you to the main area of Amish country in Berlin that was only 20 minutes.

Property was clean and very well maintained. Check-in was Easy and our Family enjoyed our stay Besides the rude neighbor screaming about the speed limit saying 5 mph is too quick and its her road so slow down. Yelling at the kids for running around the property and exploring. Made the experience miserable. Overall Great Property, Nice House Terrible Location Next to Her

Clean, tidy, everything as described and expected! Easy transition as a home away from home. Accomadations as stated, communication with property manager easy and clear as well. Ping pong and hot tub a hit for the whole family!
