This was the first time staying in a home instead of on Disney property and everything was perfect! We had 7 adults, that included our 3 adult daughters, and 3 grandchildren and we loved the house. It had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and we thoroughly enjoyed the game room and heated pool. We look forward to coming back!

The house is absolutely amazing. It was exactly as listed in VRBO. The grand kids loved the game room. The pool was perfect temperature for this time of the year. The kids loved the Toy Story room and the Frozen room. They are already wanting to come back! Colleen is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to any questions. The house was immaculate when we checked in. You cannot go wrong renting this property

Nice house, amazing decoration!

Let me start off by saying the house was perfect for our group of 10. Location Pros: Very conveniently located to (5 min drive) to Magic Kingdom, Epcot and DisneySprings. SeaWorld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica took about 20 to 25 minutes depending on traffic. Other Location Pros Include: Conveniently close to Walmart and CVS (literally down the street), various chain restaurants and gift shops. House Pros: Very Clean, themed Disney rooms, multiple living spaces (2 living rooms, one with TV, one without) Game room (had temporary issues but kids did just fine) Pool and hot tub were both very clean, outdoor table was vigorously enough for all of us to enjoy) Gated Community with an very nice pool area with slides and (small kid water park area). House Cons: Cleaning company did not leave paper towels or dish soap upon arrival (small potatoes) no plastic cups for pool area (we purchased a set and left them for the next family) bathroom floors are tile with no bath mat, (luckily myself and my 67yr old mother slipped and fell with no injuries) easy fix. Parking can only fit 3 cars. 2 cars can only fit parallel while the 3rd car must fit perpendicular to the two cars (small hassle if coming and going, you will have to move a car to get a car out that is parked directly in front of the house) Owner of property Pros (Very, very quickly to respond to any email with questions or requests) Owner Cons: NONE Overall we would definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it. Enjoy your stay because we certainly did!

This was a great rental house for our Disney Trip! 5 miles or less to the different Disney parks, uhh yes! The House was very clean when we arrived. Colleen did an awesome job with addressing a few questions we had. The Toy Story room is awesome! My son could not get enough! Would highly recommend staying here!
