We stayed at your place April 4-7. Great location, very spacious, overall not a bad stay.The house had a great layout, accommodating our whole family. Easy access, to golf, tennis, Wigwam, restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Good stream in the shower. All appliances worked well.Excellent wifi, and TV ammenities.Parking for four cars.Neighborhood was quiet.A few issues:The house alarm made some noises over night on April 6-7, not sure why. It woke up everyone at 2am and 4 am.There were no pillow covers on the pillows in the small bedroom and the bunk bed bedroom. Only pillows in shams.The BBQ gas tank ran out halfway though cooking dinner.The upholstery on the outside furniture was very stained.Overall, not a bad stay, but could be even better with some tweaking.D Johnson

Loved the house. Very clean! Conveniently located to spring training fields. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. I would probably update some of the furniture if I was the owner, but certainly a five star for us and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful house with all the necessities.

Wonderful stay in Goodyear “home” for our visit with family. Plenty of space for everyone and everything you could possibly need - just need to hit the grocery store. Jared was a prompt host who took care of minor issues we encountered - immediately. Close to freeway access, stores & parks. Only regret, pool was not heated so need to return in warmer months.

This was a very welcoming stay. The request upon leaving are easy and so reasonable. So much amenities!

This house was perfect for our family Christmas! We traveled from two different states to meet up for Christmas. We had 6 adults and 2 kids. This house gave us plenty of room for visiting and sleeping. The pool would certainly have been nice if the weather had been warmer! Highly recommend!

We were in Arizona for a family wedding. There were 7 of us from 82 to 38 and we all enjoyed the house. The host was super responsive to inquiries. It was nice to be able to lounge around in the pool and hang out on the porch.

We had the best time here!!! It was so spacious and provided so much room for my kids to play and have a great vacation! The outdoor space was amazing and I couldn’t get my toddler out of the pool to save my life. It was so great that the owner had provided so many pool toys, floats, and children supplies. It made the trip so much easier just pulling up and having a high chair already there and a pack and play ready to go. We didn’t need the stroller but they had a stroller too in case we needed it. The house is updated with nice furniture and decor. My last several home rentals have been disappointing so I was so happy to walk into something resort-like! It was an overall beautiful place and our highlight was our pool time! So cozy with all the seating and umbrella! We loved it so much we are going to book again next year!
