Great location, just a short drive to Clearwater beach proper. Pool was very nice. Both the pool and beach were very quiet. Lots of space at the beach, never crowded. Always chairs available poolside. The unit was beautiful, better than the pictures online. Views were spectacular. Condo had everything you’d need for a comfortable location. Full kitchen, hairdryer in each bathroom, beach toys, beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and a cart to haul everything down. Security guards were great, very friendly. Some of the other reviews mentioned that the full time residents were discourteous, I did not encounter this, but maybe the only people I came across were other vacationers. If I ever come back to Clearwater, I would 100% stay here again.

Everything was fine, we enjoyed our stay.
Just a couple of surprises, 3 plug in air fresheners with very unpleasant fragrance caused our allergies to flare up. They had to be removed from the unit and replaced when we vacated.
The guest bedroom glass sliding closet door was missing the glass panel.
Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The pictures don’t do it justice! This place has a fresh look! The remodel was awesome! This place had everything thing we needed for the weeks stay! The beach equipment was on point! We flew in to Tampa with only carry-on luggage for the week! Everything you will need they have! Just need you!!!

We had a fantastic experience in this unit at the CBC. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a beach vacation. It was quiet enough to relax but only a short drive from the excitement of Clearwater Beach. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone traveling to the Clearwater area.

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The views are beautiful! If I had one complaint it's that the pool rules are strict (no floating devices, no snacks), but that certainly didn't detract from our stay.

Gorgeous views and great location! Everything was exactly as described! Close enough to busy Clearwater Beach without actually being there so always something to do! Loved the little shopping/dining plaza only being a 7 minute walk. Would definitely go back!

This condo was absolutely beautiful. It was newly renovated top to bottom with gorgeous new furniture, flooring, appliances and decor. It was spotless throughout. The view from the balcony was breathtaking with very nice outdoor furniture. It is centrally located and close to downtown Clearwater Beach and near many wonderful restaurants such as the Island Way Grill and the Columbia restaurant. The property manager was very easy to work with and always replied promptly to any questions I had. I highly recommend this condo.
