This is just one room for everything - bathroom is separated with sliding door, which does not stick to the wall (around 5 cm gap). And the double bed is very close to the bathroom, so you can very well hear what is going on there and in the morning you are woken up immediately if someone else needs to go to the toilet. The location is great if you travel by car. If no car - bear in mind that you need to cover around 1.5 km to go to the town or to the nearest beach (it is easier to go out, as the house is situated on the hill; but come back might be difficult especially if the temp. is 30 C). The nearest beach is nice, but usually full of nudists, although it is not a beach for them (beach for them is located not far away from this one, but they come here), also you can get there only if crossing the railway illegally (though the beach is called "a city one").
