Overall we have zero complaints at all, the house was very nice kept and clean! We had a blast this weekend.

Firstly, the location of the house is spot on. walking distance to the beach and quick drive to the store. Couldnt ask for a better location. The kids loved the bunk beds upstairs. The main issue I had was that the floors were damaged at some point by water as they were peeling up in the kitchen and living room. This caused my older parents to trip a few times and letting the toddlers walk around the house was stressful because of the sharp flooring. Water damage on the walls aswell from the skylight it seems. I felt this should have been relayed to us beforehand. Also, the wifi did not work for the 3 days we were there which made getting the kids to settle down before bed a struggle. Someone should have checked that the wifi was working before we checked in. Other than that, the house was awesome and a great location. But for the amount of money we spent to rent it, the floors is just unacceptable for me.

Dirty dishes in the sink when we arrived, & flooring was coming up although an attempt had been made to reattach it with painters tape. The a/c went out the first day, so we had (very nice) maintenance folks there working on it until we finally got some relief halfway into our 4-night stay - until then it was 92 degrees inside (we had our 80-yr-old mothers with us). When I called about a refund for part of the trip, nobody ever got back to me. Rent at your own risk!

Great location and amazing patio. We really enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The location and the outdoor patio is the biggest pro. The house has wood flooring that are broken and coming up, sealed with peeling blue painters tape. There are cracks in the walls and dirty skylights. There is no storage for food or places to hang wet towels in the bathroom. The beach is easily accessible and a short walk.

As advertised! Perfect location and ample parking and yard. Only suggestion would be fowl hooks in bathroom and a door on upstairs room. Great place either way! Thank you for your hospitality!!

We were a small group that came in for a couple of days and picked the perfect house. Loved that there was 3 bedrooms on the first floor for my elderly mom and her friend so that they only had to tackle one set of stairs. The bedrooms were spacious with big comfy beds. We didn't think the upstairs would feel spacious but plenty of room for us. Walk to the beach was perfect.

Nice place. My family and I enjoyed how close it was to the beach.
