Great house. Quiet neighborhood peaceful. Good for a small group. . Needs a good frying pan.

This was a great spot to easily reach multiple beaches to search for sharks teeth by car. We were close to many restaurants as well. Visually the neighborhood was a little sketchy, but we had no problems with any neighbors or the area.

Roomy with all the right touches and was perfect for our stay in Venice.

We were staying for a weekend of shark tooth diving. The location was very central for minimal drive times, and there was more than enough room for the group. Definitely a place to consider for our return visits in the future.

We had a great weekend staying at the happy fun blue house. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard and pool were a hit with the kids and was a great way to end our days at the beach! House was very clean and in a good location to lots of beaches and fun spots. Would definitely come back!

Our stay was wonderful and we all enjoyed the backyard oasis provided. The home is pet friendly and great for the whole family. Host was great at communication prior to and during the trip.

This property has everything you could need. Everything was as listed on the website. We did have problems getting the lights out back to work, but Ewa got someone over there to fix the problem and also the firepit would not light. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed the blue house, especially the spacious backyard and swimming pool! It was very comfortable for the guests and for entertaining family.

The house was better that we expected. It was comfortable, clean, and the amenities were all great, The backyard is amazing. Everything was as good or better than advertised. Great place, and we would stay again, for sure.

The house was in a great location! Super close to great beaches & restaurants. We really enjoyed the backyard oasis (pictures don’t do it justice). Ewa was very quick to respond when we needed something. We loved the decorating too!!

Perfect for me and my 3 adult granddaughters. Had my son and nephew also visit. All impressed with the house and yard.

There is a long list of things wrong with this house. The dishwasher didn’t work most of the time we were there (a month) and they had to replace the washer… the host told me “sorry no one is perfect” when I let her know that her husband left a huge mess all over the floor after changing the washer and that I was irritated that the dishwasher was still not working after a couple of weeks. It doesn’t take a perfect person to be a good host. I won’t get into everything but if you’re just staying a couple of days it’d be fine. Longer than that, you will run into issues. The yard was nice besides the broken fence. The inside is pretty but not very practical. Missing a lot of basic necessities, electrical issues in the kitchen, the stove won’t boil anything, the light doesn’t work half the time in the master bedroom just to make a few things. There was a mini trash can in the kitchen so I had to buy a 13 gallon one which is pretty basic. I wouldn’t stay here again and would only recommend if you’re not staying long. I will say they were quick on getting the new appliances in but the issue with the dishwasher took a very long time.

Everything was perfect, plus so many extras. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the Seaside cottage. It's beautifully decorated with very good taste. It has everything you may need for your stay. Everything was in excellent condition and very clean. Very spacious and with a big backyard. The pool is nice . The house is near shops, restaurants and grocery stores. The only disadvantage is that it's far from the beach, around 15 minute drive. But I would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as described and depicted. The only thing I did not enjoy were the beds as they were too hard.

Paul and Ewa are truly Superhosts as they go above and beyond. The house was immaculate, beautifully done. Comfortable furniture, spacious and cool. It only gets better when you walk out into the deck and see the backyard. I got to relax in the pool while Hans, my greyhound, roamed the yard. Close to anything you need, in addition to Casperson Beach (and more). Great neighborhood, great house, amazing owners.
