Great location and perfect for my family needs

It was difficult to maintain temperature in all rooms

The location was perfect. Downtown Lincoln, close to everything. It felt very private and a good place to relax after a long day.

Things were minor inconveniences: “Stocked Kitchen” is a massive understatement. There were bowls and plates that were unable to fit in the dishwasher and required to be hand washed. Also, the staples in the kitchen like salt and a few spices were out of date. We found items that expired in 2019 and 2020. We felt bad and bought new ones to replace the old expired ones. Kitchen barely provides enough little extras like tin foil or plastic wrap. It was a nuisance as the kitchen was the main reason why we booked here. Not enough wash cloths. We had to constantly run loads of laundry just to have fresh wash cloths. The air conditioning was a little tricky to figure out. Perhaps adding a guide along with it would help others.

Clean, well decorated, location great.

Neighbor downstairs made us uncomfortable because our kids were playing and were too noisy. Pool closed early at 5 and the next mywasnt open because they were cleaning it. The auto vac had been on the previous night through the morning. It was clean.

The place was roomy and comfortable. Loved the quietness of the property. The kids loved the pools. Being close to area attractions was also a plus. Thinking we may go again next year.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Location and Set up of apartment. Cooking supplies were very helpful. The decor was very homey feeling. My grandsons wanted to stay longer.

Hard to sleep in past 530 in the morning, or get to sleep before 9 in the room with two beds. A darkening curtain would make a big difference , merely suggestive

The room was great but the fact that the price was to include Jacuzzi n indoor pool which was closed and had been for weeks without informing me was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING as this trip was a gift for a family member. Never again will I pay to go there

Very comfortable and clean and well-equipped. Pretty view from outside porch overlooking pond with ducks. Near Loon Mountain. Next door to pool and hot tub. Great place to relax and unwind. Comfy sofas in front of fireplace.
