Came to have some fun exploring the Big Island. Holly's place was exactly as depicted. Definitely recommend.

We loved our stay and Holly was wonderful to work with. It was conveniently located for the areas we wanted to visit. We slept well and felt at home staying here. It’s located in a very suburban area so traffic was a little hectic during morning and evening commutes- depending on the direction you are traveling.

Host, Holly was very friendly. Home is perfect for 1-2 people, very clean. My only issues were how warm it was inside the home. An A/C or wall unit is definitely a must; even with a ceiling fan & oscillating fan, it was just still too warm and that I had originally planned to prepare meals onsite, however only microwave, no stove or oven.

We stayed at Holly's for 4 days. It's a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit attached to the main house. Check in and check out was easy with the directions Holly sent us. The space was very clean and furnished nicely. Having laundry accessible was really convenient and we made use of it a couple of times. The location worked well for us, HPP is just 20 minutes from Hilo so we had plenty of options to go out to eat nearby. It was also about 45 minutes from National Park.

This Verbo was very private, secure and perfect for us. The location was a short drive to the National Park. Check in was super easy and the host was very accommodating with excellent communications. The only thing missing is AC.

This was the perfect place to stay for one night or one year: immaculately clean, quiet, beautifully appointed, with every convenience. I could have stayed there for a month or longer. Holly was so kind, respectful and helpful: right there at the gate, to help me enter the property after dark. I high recommend her place to any single traveler or couple.

Other than the rain on that side of the island, our stay was perfect. Holly is super sweet and had everything we needed. The property is gated so it felt very safe. Thanks, Holly for sharing your place 😁

This property was so wonderful. The location was perfect since we were about 30 minutes away from Hilo and Volcanos National Park. Holly was wonderful and so easy to work with. It would have been nice to have more fans/air conditioning but that is a small detail in an otherwise wonderful property!

This property was very nice and very new. The property owner let us know everything we needed to know ahead of time. We were given our own Key and Fence gate remote right on time, and she was very pleasant. The owners did live on the property (attached with separate entrance), but even then it was very hands off unless we needed them for something. The one part that was shared was the laundry, which was located in the garage, which they gave us a code for. The place itself is very clean and modern, very nice bathroom and closet space. Full Fridge, Microwave and toaster for quick easy meals. Comfortable seating and bed. The full property has a metal fencing with a powered gate for safety and privacy and it is about 10 minute drive away from the nearest shopping/dining area. It is a new development so the road is not paved, but the property is only 2 houses into the road, so you do not drive that for very long. The road signs were a little blocked by trees so the street could be easy to miss, but the streets are mostly numbered so you would know if you missed it very quickly. I even accidentally left an item at the property and the owner was nice enough to mail back to me. All in all, everything worked very well. Nice easy stay.

The room was beautiful and very clean. The owner greeted me on arrival and offered to help bring my stuff in. It was only minutes from shopping and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

I wouldn’t say our stay was a complete 5/5 but it was a 4.8/5. Overall it was clean, NO BUGS, the host was super nice. We could definitely use an AC. The nights does get cooler but would love it even more if it was even cooler. Some helpful tips as well: Needed a full size mirror Including a grill or a cook top. Overall a great location in the HILO side of things. Have a grill or a cook top.

Brand new studio type apartment. Very roomy with king size bed, couch, kitchen table, TV, and kitchenette. Large walk-in closet. Beautiful tiled tub and shower. Paved road all the way from Hilo to front door. Very quiet. New washer and dryer. We will come back. The owner checked in with us during our stay to see if we needed any supplies. 5 stars.

The property was a great space for 2 people. No AC but everything else was fantastic and the condition of the home is in great shape

Holly's place was perfect for our stay. The studio was clean and comfortable and Holly is a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed. She definitely put a lot of thought into making the space cozy. The biggest market on the island is just minutes away towards Pahoa and happens on Sundays. The house is pretty centrally located on the east side of the Big Island with easy access to Pahoa, Hilo, and Volcano.

The space looks exactly as it's listed. It's a new construction. The neighborhood seemed good too. Holly has been a great host. Would love to return next time we are in big island

This studio has a spacious open feeling. It was clean, bright and host was great in communicating. Will definitely stay here again.

Super clean brand new lovely little place. Great location close enough to everything and still quiet at night. Decorated super cute which we loved! This space was spectacular! We had the most amazing stay! Holly was an amazing host and we had everything we needed and more! The location was superb with easy access to volcanoes National park, Hilo Town, and more. The property was brand new, clean, and more than we could have hoped for! The listing is just as described and offers a perfect stay on this side of the island.

It was an okay experience. The room was clean and tidy however, we killed almost 30 cockroaches in our nine night stay and it was pretty scary doing so, since it was the very first time I’ve ever seen a cockroach. The host called an exterminator and even after the exterminator came we still killed four more roaches. My fiancé and I also have bites on our legs that look like bed bug bites. I’m just very surprised because when we checked in the room everything looked perfect at first.

I was with my husband and our infant. The place had most of appliances and services and stuff you would need. But one thing I didn’t like . The cockroaches! We find a lot of them that I wouldn’t want to open any more kitchen drawers. The place has the garden view but it more like a farm .. and it has a garage with ping pong table . More of the time we couldn’t use it or play with it because our neighbors all the time were invading it and they didn’t leave until afternoon when we already were outside! So we played with this once through all our stay . Also the laundry for the whole place was inside house those neighbors so that we couldn’t wash our cloths anytime we need . Although the owner was very nice to us and helpful. She helped us to wash the clothes by calling those neighbors and make sure they will not mind to wash our clothes in morning!! This the only thing that bothered me . Other than this it was nice staying there ! But for a family need privacy and comfortable place with available laundry at any time I wouldn’t recommend.

We stayed in this property for 10 nights and it served as a good central base for exploring the east side of the island since we wanted to visit areas around Hilo (20-30min drive) and Volcano (40-50min drive). Holly was a very kind and attentive host and checked in with us periodically to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay! The main thing to highlight from the listing is this property has no air conditioning. We kept the windows open all night with fans going, but it was still on the warm side for us (we're from an area of the mainland where everyone has A/C so I'm sure our tolerances are lower than some!). The open windows also meant some of the outside noise from surrounding yards was louder in the morning and the bugs could sometimes get inside a little more easily. Altogether though this property was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We appreciated having access to high speed internet, washer/dryer with laundry basket, an outdoor space to enjoy the rain showers, a full sized fridge, and beach towels!

My husband and I stayed one night at this property. It was very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable and Holly was easy to communicate with. Smart tv and nice kitchenette. Only thing I would have liked was air conditioning. Even with the fans going and windows open it was still too warm at night for me to sleep. Other than that I would definitely stay again!

Love this new construction rental. It was nice to be on the ground level. King Size Bed was super comfy. Beautiful tiled bathroom with great tub/shower combo. While there is no AC, the open windows, ceiling fan and room fan kept us cool. The small kitchen was perfect for us as we enjoyed our meals out, but where able to keep drinks cold and use the microwave to heat up our leftovers. This place is nicely decorated and felt like a home away from home. Close to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. Holly was a great hostess. Will not hesitate to recommend to friends and family.

This place was super clean, just the way I like them. We stayed 4 nights and visited all the surrounding areas of Hilo. Holly was very nice. The perfect hostess.
