We liked everything - the apartment, its location, the surroundings, the promenade, the sea, the atmosphere of Opatija. The apartment was really nice, perfectly equiped with a large terrace, everything clean, the staff - Adrijana was really friendly, willing and helpful. We could even charge the car in the garage. Simply perfect! Would highly recommend!

Brand-new, modern apartment complex with simple, yet stylish furniture, fully equipped and very clean. Communication with the staff was very smooth and they were at our full disposal. The garage was a huge plus and we also appreciated the swimming pool with a nice view.

As for the location, bear in mind that it is not exactly central - about 15-20 min by foot to the city centre / beach, but it is a pleasant little walk through a park. Our apartment was in the part of the building the furthest away from the sea, right in the turn of the road, so it got quite noisy at times (even at night).

The apartment is great, very stylish and cozy. Also view is wonderful

Staff. The only one is bad. They need to learn how to be polite.

The whole building is brand new. The apartmen was well equipped. The crew is very friendly and helpful. There are parking places under the building. That is a big advantage compared to other hotels. The view is also beautiful and the sea is closer then google maps suggests.

The parking was free in 2022 but it will be too expensive from In my opinion 50€/day is a bit too high.

New apt, very clean, nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Huge, big screen TV. Parking garage.

1) kitchen is poorely equipped: no microwave, no utensils , only 1 pan, 1 pot of 1 liter and 1 pot volume 2 liters. That’s good if you plan only to boil an egg, but , nothing to prepare a family meal in. When I asked staff to at least provide bigger pot , sutable to cook spaghetti for 4 people, the ansswer we got was that “they don’t plan to buy anything more” 2) WI-FI non functioning. We had to sit on the terrace only to catch signal from T-mobile and buy expencive own internet card. Again, the answer from staff was: “Oh, we are really sorry that you don’t have internet, but you see, we don’t have internet neither, and we need internet for bussiness!” 😳🤯😡 3) Electricity plummings not working! Everytime big water boiler turns on, the power goes off! Finally, after 2 days the power conection went off and we couldn’t have entered the apt couse all the locks stopped working! After 2hours they provided an actual key for the mechanical lock, so for the rest of the week we had only single one metal (mechanical) key. Not comfortable for the party of 4 adult people. 4) The pool was empty, wellness not working. But at the reservation, Booking.com stated that the property has pool and wellnes. No excuses! 5) Booking.com page stated that property is pet-friendly. But it turned up that only some of apts are pet friendly, so when we turned up with a pet, they put us in a different type apt! We didn’t get the kind of apt that we originaly payed, “as they had no pet friendly apartments with twin beds left available, only after we complained and insisted, they moved us to a different apt.

Very modern apartment with a large terrace with a beautiful view of Opatija and the sea. The bed was very comfortable, as was the rest of the furniture. Parking in the garage is a big plus!

I would start with the initial problem, which is the absence of the pool that was advertised... Where the mistake happened, it's hard to say. Another problem was the Wi-Fi connection - which was strong. The building is not marked, we drove around for a long time to find out if we were in the right place.

The Apartment was really clean, new and beautiful. Photos in booking gallery are made by graphic program, so reality is little bit different, but very close to photos. In kitchen was everything needed, like at home. The view from balcony was outstanding from 2nd floor. Bathroom was big and apartment had another room with separated toiltet. (so 2xWC in apartment) Apartments had goog sound isolation from another apartments. Street was quiet during night. Apartment had 2x AC system. What was really great, that Residence had huge underground garage parking without any extra payment. From there you use big elevator to reach your room.

Apartments are VERY high on the hill. I am fit trained 27year old person and walk from beach or square was literally killing me everyday. If i knew this, i would not book apartments. In city is very bad parking situation, so you can't go easy to the beach by your car. It's very hard to find parking place (very hard). I've had muscle soreness on my calves and legs everyday (and i am training 4-5times per week in gym). I don't want to be like a little bi*ch, but some people can find it much harder than me. Bed was very soft. Some pople likes it, me not. Hard bed is healthy, soft is very unhealthy to spin and overall body health. I've found apartments can go to wellness/jaccuzi the last night! Guy who gave us PINcode to apartment and showed rooms didn't tell us about option on 6th floor with jaccuzi and sunbeds. I would very glad pay to be there, but we didn't know omg! During our stay wifi was not working, which is needed for my work, but whatever, it happens. Whole residence was not completed during our stay in August 2022, no reception there. Not feels like residence with some stuff. You have to use Whats App and wait for employee. I hopes in future it would be different and also will be added some lobby or place to sit and drink coffee.

loved the location and the view from the balcony. it is a brand new property, everything unused and best quality. the owners didn’t spare money on furniture or appliances. very comfortable, very clean, and really beautiful. the whole family was impressed.

location, well equipped newly renovated apartment BUT WIFI is not working

They pretend to be high standard, but they don’t deliver, only excuses without any solutions. 1. No wellness nor swimming pool although advertised (false advertisement). The swimming pool and wellness were the main reason why we have chosen this property since my wife is 7 months pregnant. 2. No WIFI. We stayed for a week and from day 1 they promised us the WIFI would be fixed. There is WIFI, but it doesn’t even allow you to read emails let stand movies or music. 3. The staff didn’t come up with any solutions, only false promesses. I can only hope for future clients that they improve the service. But the way they have treated us was scandalous.
