the water did not function - at all and retrieving the key code was difficult

The location was exceptionally convenient for our purpose in NH that weekend, but it is also very convenient for local attractions in the area. Including local information in the binder was helpful. VERY comfortable, cozy, clean room, Full kitchen with everything but the groceries was great! Fantastic view! The public area, with three grills, was very nice.

Please put the directions for the TV clickers in the binder in the room. Please consider darker curtains for the front windows for guests who prefer darker rooms for sleeping. The key box was initially confusing; suggest reminding people at reservation that the key is inside and it's not an electronic door lock!

The lock box was not locked, but the keys were there and opened the door. I would have appreciated the outside light being on so I could see. Nice view, and outside landscaping Near location to the wedding I attended. Sheets were clean

Mattress was rock hard, as were the pillows.- I do not have a bad back and not that fussy, but this was awful Toilet was dirty-brown water and water rings-clearly bowl was not cleaned for this visit. Tub had black moldy caulking all around-this was really gross No shampoo, but 2 conditioners-different brands-minor, except I had run out of mine. Add a hairdryer-they are cheap and an expected convenience Bath towels in the closet in the bedroom area-had to search for them. -just minor inconvenience, but hang at lease one in the bathroom for ease. Fairly expensive for what it was.

It was out dated and a typical older cottage it smelled like a cottage

We had stayed there is 2022 and the view Nd.location was absolutely perfect
