This property was great - lots of attention to detail that made it comfortable for our group. You can tell that a lot of thought went into touches that would be nice for guests - good toiletries, great tea selection, nice towels. It was great space for five of us. Great communication from the host.

My coworker and I stayed here during a work trip and greatly enjoyed the home. It was clean and perfect to relax at the end of the day. I will likely stay here again if work brings me back through!

This VRBO was perfect- quick trip to the airport and less than 20 minutes from downtown. It was very spacious and the amenities were great!

Very clean comfortable house and outdoor spaces. All tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and everything we needed was readily available. The hot tub was a special bonus. We were four adults ranging from 60 to 80 years old. Joshua was a great communicator and very pleasant to work with.

Joshua is a top notch host everything was so easy. The space was exactly what we needed super clean.

The stay here was awesome! Even though I messed up our reservation, the host Joshua, was very gracious! This is THE cleanest property we have stayed at and has the most accurate of photo representations of any property we have had the pleasure of staying in. The bed was super comfortable, the appointments, spot on! We will be back to this property again, if the host will have us. Ha! My apologies, again, Joshua, and thank you for being so kind!

Loved the house. Everything clean and easily accessible. Close to downtown everything within 5-20 min Lyft ride The only inconvenience was the neighbors stayed up with loud music until well after 2am on the weekend.

5 of us girls spent the weekend in Austin for a friends 40th birthday and the house was great for what we needed. Very spacious and clean! We all kept talking about how comfortable the beds were and there were plenty of blankets/pillows. Kitchen has everything you need plus plenty of towels for showers or hot tub. We enjoyed the hot tub, very cute backyard space. Thank you Joshua we had a great time!

We rented the house to attend Nascar at Cota. We had a blast. The house was great and the host was too.

House is set up perfectly. Nice beds. Wonderful hot tub. Location is close to downtown. We had a great time. Owner communicated quickly and checked to make sure we had everything. Highly recommend.

I stayed for a competition out in Taylor but wanted to be close to the city so family would have more options. The kitchen was so spacious, I loved coming home to a home cooked meal after a long day and then the hot tub was clutch! Would definitely stay again. Oh, and the beds were SUPER comfy which is always a bonus and I’m always nervous about it.

The house was perfectly located just south of downtown. We rented a SUV to get around and the house was close to everything. It's situated in older quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was much needed after running around all day. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed this lovely place, with comfortable beds, open floor plan, and great amenities! We loved the covered patio and very nice hot tub. Nice gas stove, great tv space, and easy check-in/check-out. Joshua was extremely responsive. Wonderful experience!

The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and close to downtown Austin. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to navigate. Any time I had a question the host responded very quickly I’m definitely going to miss my home away from home

This house was excellent for our family getaway to Austin. It's obvious a lot of care and attention went into completely renovating this older home. The contemporary design and amenities made us feel right at home. We enjoyed time on the back porch, relaxing in the hot tub, and visiting nearby SoCo. We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property.

The property is in a perfect location, almost every where we went in Austin it was a 15min drive or less. The property is on the outside of a neighborhood and has neighbors all around it, but still feels very private. From the kitchen to the living spaces to the bedrooms we never felt we didn't have what we needed to enjoy a long stay away from home. In some cases the host went above what we anticipated, providing a large range of teas we could brew, spices we could cook with, cocktail recipes and the tools we needed to make them. Host was very responsive and when we felt the hot tub needed to be cleaned after frequent use during our long trip the host was there within a couple hours and cleaned it. He communicated through the VRBO app to let us know when he would arrive and when he was done and serviced the hot tub without interrupting our stay or our privacy. The only thing I did not like and this is a small critique. I would have liked if the living room windows facing the road had some kind of privacy blinds or curtains so when you sit in there at night cars driving by or people walking by could not see us lounging on the couch watching tv. The windows had curtains but they were the thin white curtains you can see through. That is really my only criticism. Not every place is going to be completely perfect for every individual but this host came really close, so much so that's all I could come up with to criticize.

Best stay ever over Thanksgiving with my husband and daughter. Needed a dog friendly quiet retreat close to outdoor activities and restaurants. Joshua wonderful to work with. Large fenced yard with hot tub. Enjoyed reading,watching documentaries and resting. Will definitely go back.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. The bedrooms were super comfy. We tried to clean but couldn't find a trash or recycling bin.

Comfortable home away from home not far from the action. Quiet cul de sac adjacent to busyish street. Host Joshua was was super responsive.

Fabulous CLEAN home and very well appointed with all the extras (towels, toilet paper) Nicely stocked with coffee, shampoo, body wash etc. Hot tub was very nice! Communication with owner was always prompt. Check in and check out was super easy.

We needed a place for 4 of us to stay for my son's wedding and this property was just perfect! Comfortable, clean, great beds with heavenly sheets and a great kitchen not to mention the hot tub! Joshua was so responsive for any questions! I would most definitely stay there again!

Overall very nice and clean, upgrades to property are good. Neighborhood is a little underwhelming but had no issues. Would stay again.

We stayed with a few friends and the house was perfectly set up for 3 couples. I wish we’d had more time to enjoy the back yard! The house was easy to get to and centrally located to downtown.

This home was very clean, well equipped and provided a comfortable place to rest and relax after completing a full days work. The backyard lounge was terrific! Located near downtown in a transitioning neighborhood, we would definitely stay again when in town.

We did not end up staying in the house. The neighborhood looked a little sketchy and when we found the house, the front of the house looked a little run down. We did not go in the house, so I cannot comment on the inside of the house or the back yard. We just did not feel safe there, so we decided to make the drive back home

We enjoyed our stay at this home, during our Girls Get-Away Trip! The home was beautifully decorated. It was clean, and was also equipped with all of the day-to-day kitchen, bath, and laundry items. The jacuzzi was a great extra perk to the house.
