We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the beach cottage. It fit our needs perfectly! There were balconies off of all three of the upstairs bedrooms which were great for viewing sunrises and sunsets. It’s a little bit of a longer drive to South Topsail Beach, but definitely worth it if you want to enjoy the beach on the bay and ocean side.

Clean, cool and comfortable place! The home had everything we could possibly need, like beach chairs, outdoor shower, smart televisions, comfortable beds and sofas, washer & dryer, and blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Very convenient, just steps away from the beach. The hosts were very responsive and the pre-check-in information was helpful and thorough. Would definitely stay here again!

This house was perfect for our summer vacation! Both beach and sound access a short walk away. There is a perfect spot for swimming if currents are too strong! If you have babies, this house has all that you can think of, we will definitely come back! The house was clean and stocked with all gadgets.

This house had everything you could possibly need. We felt so comfortable there from the moment we walked in. It was very clean and beautifully furnished. The big plus for us was that the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were so soft! Lovely safe neighborhood and steps from beach. With having our dogs and a baby with us, we had everything we needed right there. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Definatly recommend this home!

This beach house was clean, well located less than half a block from beach access, quiet, and pretty. The mattresses and linens and kitchen things were all of good quality. We loved our stay.

We've visited Topsail annually for 40+ years and love this peaceful island. We always stay in Topsail Beach but had not stayed this far south ever - what a treat! Easy walk to the beach or sound, quaint neighborhood, and gorgeous views! The owners were very responsive and helpful when we had a few questions at arrival. Having the bed linens, towels, and beach chairs provided was a lifesaver for making packing easier for our families!

Amazing property! The amenities were great, and the bonus items took it to the next level- having the wagon, beach toys, chairs, etc. made it way less work for us. It’s super close to such a beautiful slice of Topsail- we would definitely book again! Owners even checked in partway through to make sure everything was great. Zero complaints, definitely recommend this rental!

We had an amazing time at this property which is the perfect location on the South end of Topsail island close to Serenity Point and beautiful and peaceful beaches. Away from the crowds in Surf City this was a great place to relax and enjoy family time. The house is a perfect location with an easy walk to beach and the sound. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We visit Topsail frequently and will be back!

This cozy beach cottage completely met our needs! We cooked simple yummy meals, walked to the beach, pulled our kayaks down to the launch, explored Serenity Point and spent a rainy day inside with games, puzzles and hilarity!! Couldn’t have asked for more. Will come back

I stayed with my teen sons and we all loved the location. Ocean on one side and inlet on the other. My 18 year old loves to fish and was in heaven. The beach was never crowded and walking all the way around serenity point was wonderful. The home had everything we needed and the owners were very responsive when we needed to reset the thermometer on our arrival. My boys loved being able to bring our 11 year old golden retriever and she had the best time chasing tennis balls on the beach. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!

Such a great house (excellent decor - we loved the lights throughout) in a great location in the southern tip of Topsail Island. Just a short walk away from the beach and in full view of the sunset from the back of the house. It was spotless and filled with all the amenities needed. Jordan was super responsive to any questions and needs. We look forward to returning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this south topsail cottage. Best location on the island with easy beach and sound access. The beach chairs and beach towels provided were also a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

Property was as advertised, very sparse, old furniture but main issue is uncomfortable beds, every morning I wanted to pack up and leave. We left a day early due to no good sleep.
