One of the cleanest rentals we’ve stayed in. We checked in before shopping for food and were surprised at all the supplies provided. We were able to eliminate several things from our list. Overall it was exactly as portrayed in the description. If you’re a reader, you might want to bring a book light. There is only one lamp in the living room area.

Stayed for three weeks and enjoyed it very much, love the location. It is wonderful to walk right down to the beach and also be close to restaurants….we will be back!

Lovely view of the ocean to watch the sunset and hear the waves.

My wife and I spent 11 days enjoying the Condo. The porch kept out any rain while we watched the sea birds and beautiful beach. The condo is walkable to several restaurants even for us 70+ year olds. We did not rush up and down the two flights of stairs but the good railing made them very doable.

Beautiful View!

We walked in the front door and could smell the cleanliness. Everything was crisp and in excellent condition. We had everything we needed for a multi-day getaway, right down to details like trash bags, toilet paper and hand soap. The view of the ocean was incredible and unobstructed. Getting on the beach was a matter of walking downstairs, grabbing our beach chairs and taking maybe 10 steps? 20 steps? This was literally beachfront. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Had everything we needed. Appreciated all the sand toys and beach gear. Came in very handy. Kitchen was well equipped and bed was comfortable. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed 4 nights here with my best friend for our annual birthday getaway. It was absolutely perfect! The condo was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The view from the porch was breathtaking. The beach was private and peaceful. We hope to stay here again!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay! This condo is exactly as described with everything you need for a perfect day at the beach! All essentials are provided from housewares to beach toys! The location right on the beach is perfect! The fishing was great and my husband was able to catch pompano which provided us dinner on a couple of nights! Found many beautiful shells and the sunsets were beautiful! Enjoyed lounging on the comfotable couch in the cool condo after long, hot days on the beach! Only negatives were not getting to see the baby turtles hatch and having to leave! We loved every second at this place and will definitely be back!!! As a thank you to the owner, we cleaned the place as much as possible so you wouldn't have much to do! Thank you so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay!

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay. The natural scenery and beach access is unbelievable. Sunsets on the porch❤️ The flat has everything you will need and is very comfortable.

Perfect location for a private beach trip. It was exactly the low key getaway we were hoping for. Close to restaurants and the private beach was beautiful!

This property was as advertised with awesome views of the gulf from the porch and steps from the beach. It was located close to downtown restaurants for a reprieve from the sun and the sand. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful experience here. The location was fantastic, just far enough away from the public beach for a quiet stay but close enough to walk to the great bars/restaurants. The place was updated, clean, comfortable and the host had excellent communication. We will be back!

We had such a great time at this condo! The location could not be more perfect. It's just a few steps from the beach and a 5 minute walk to restaurants. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and has a very beachy feel. We loved watching sunsets from the deck. It also had all of the amenities necessary to make for a wonderful vacation. I couldn't recommend this condo more!

Condo was very nice - as advertised. Excellent view and quite most of the time. Only complaint regarding the condo was that the grill was filthy and inoperable. Note - there were major repairs being done on the outside of the facility - crew of five sofit repair guys on site for 2 days made it tough to be in the building from 8-5. We had specifically asked if the there was any damage from Ian and were told the condo had sustained no damage "you are good for your stay". May have reconsidered this location knowing part of our stay would be at a construction site. Also (no fault of the owners) the Red Tide was an issue most of the time...

We have stayed on Manasota Key's gulf side many years with friends until they sold their property and we were excited to find this place which was close by. Problem was, we were there for a week when the Red Tide was terrible so we only got to spend 2 days (about 4 hrs total) on the beach or our deck which was a shame. Thank goodness the condo was comfortable and the location was within walking distance to the restaurants and bars. As stated the 2nd bedroom is a small area but we bought an additional foam pad for the fold out, used a little ingenuity and it worked out just fine.

Great location, just small steps to the beach and wonderful view of amazing sunsets from the porch or on the beach. Had an AC issue that the owner resolved as quickly as possible. 2nd bedrooms is very small, but all else was good.

The ocean view from the condo was spectacular.

The beach house was everything we hoped it would be: clean, beautifully furnished and maintained, beach front, relaxing, and close to a variety of local eateries. The storage unit had chairs and umbrellas and came in handy for storing our bikes. Loved looking for and finding shark teeth on the beach. We'll be back next year...

We are so happy we booked this property! It was extremely clean, light and comfortable and has a spectacular view! Amazing location! We certainly hope to stay here again!!! Thank you for providing such a beautiful place for our Christmas get away!

We loved the view and the short walk to the beach. It was a very quiet area and very view people around which we loved. The furnishings in the condo are very nice. The only complaint we had was the mattress on the sofa bed is very uncomfortable. I would probably try the air mattress next time. We would definitely stay here again.

The cleaning women were superb. Great to see the beauty of this area after the hurricane. People and restaurants were so friendly. Thank you for sharing with us, we had a great time!
