Truly an awesome home ! The home was comfortable , beautifully furnished and spacious . We enjoyed having the beach chairs available as well as the beach towels. The outdoor space was so nice and we enjoyed the Tiki toss game on the lower level ! Location is prime ! Close to walk to restaurants , shopping , the boardwalk , and ice cream.. .No complaints !! Thank you Michelle for quick response to inquiries!! We highly recommend this home .

Perfect house for our family of 5! Clean, great space, and perfect location. We walked almost everywhere and could even watch the musical fountain from our deck! Great host too, very easy to work with!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was very easy and accessible. The walk to the beach is about a mile, but the location is perfect distance to other restaurants and shops.

Great location! Walk and bike ride anywhere! Very clean, very comfortable, just feels very homey. Enjoyed our morning coffee out on the deck. We loved it and would definitely rent again.

Terrific stay at this spotless house. Everything was as indicated on the site, and Lisa was very helpful to us. Had a small issue with the city water, but Lisa and her husband took care of it immediately. Would definitely rent again!

Adorable! And in a prime location. You can walk everywhere- to coffee, to ice cream, to dinner and to the beach. The yellow door helps set the intention of cottage. I loved this little place. Very charming.

Great Location and well stocked.
Out of all of our vacation properties we have visited this one likely was the best stocked. The kitchen had everything we wanted to use, much more than other rental properties when we have rented previously. Additionally they had a bunch of beach stuff for us to use, and it was great we didn't need to pack those things for our trip.
You couple that with a great location, just a couple minutes from the downtown and this was a fantastic rental. The place was well kept and the host was kind and responsive.

Soccer in the sand weekend
Great location close to town and walking distance to the beach for our annual soccer in the sand tournament. Clean, comfortable, and everything we needed.

Perfect Location/Great House
We absolutely loved this house, the location to the lake and downtown (only 2 blocks to center of town). Lisa is an amazing host. She had everything we needed (beach towels, chairs, umbrella and bags!) Highly recommend it! You have to try Snug Harbor restaurant and Pronto Pup. The musical fountain was fun.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. The hosts were great and met us at the property to show us around. The location couldn't have been better, everything downtown is within walking distance. The cottage was very clean and had everything we needed and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated having a washer and dryer as a family of 5. We loved sitting outside on the upper deck at night and we could even see and hear the musical fountain from there. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Long weekend getaway.
Absolutely wonderful. Property was better than the pictures and description. Very clean, everything worked, and fully stocked with towels, pots/pans, soaps and cleaners, etc. Host was great to work with. Beautifully decorated throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Cute and clean!
Better than the photos! High quality furnishings, clean and neat. The location is prime, we were able to ditch the car keys all weekend, we walked to restaurants within a few minutes, and the beach was about a 15-20 minute walk. We had 4 little kids with us so not having to load them into car seats everywhere we went was perfect. Lisa was a gracious host as noted in many of the reviews. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location
Very nice home, bright with lots of windows. Private patios shaded by trees. Nice kitchen and appliances. Needed a little more silverware. The grill didn’t work properly but we have no doubt that Lisa will take care of that promptly! Also had beach chairs, lovely beach towels and an umbrella for our use!

Excellent cottage in a fantastic location
We loved our trip to this beach cottage. Super clean, well equipped and spacious. The beds were comfy and the kitchen made cooking family meals a breeze.
This cottage was in an excellent Grand Haven location, 1/2 a block from the water and an easy walk (2 blocks) into downtown Grand Haven. The host (Lisa) was helpful and met us at the cottage on arrival to help us to get aquainted and give us keys.
We would definitely be happy to stay here again on a future trip to Grand Haven. The cottage was a great size for my 8 year old son and I, along with my sister and her husband.
We also loved our visit to Grand Haven State Park to go the beach for the day- its an especially lovely beach that is 3/4 of a mile away.

Lovely property, terrific location
Very nicely kept home with driveway parking, which you need because of proximity of town. Very clean and nicely decorated property. Would be great for a family but both bedrooms are on lower level and large bathroom on main level; second small bath near both bedrooms. Luggage must be hauled up and down a good flight of stairs. Terrific deck. Lower patio also has table and chairs with umbrella and a very nice grill.

Great host, great location, great house!
The house was in a great location. Our host, Lisa, was very responsive to messages and extremely accommodating. She met us at the property to let us in and give us a tour.
My only complaint would be we had to buy a few basic items like cooking spray and coffee filters. There were also no dish rags to wash dishes. But these were my ONLY complaints. There is a very nice Meijer grocery in town that we could get these supplies and it did not affect our stay at all. Just wanted others to come prepared.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay! The deck was very nice and comfy. The beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were great to have for the beach! We did not want to leave and can't wait to come back!

This is the second time we stayed at this property in Grand Haven. It’s a fantastic little house that is always very clean and well stocked for cooking. The master and other sleeping are both downstairs. The downstairs master is a king that was brand new. The house is in a great location for walking to shops and the waterfront. The upstairs living area is very spacious.

My husband, teen daughter and I enjoyed our long weekend stay. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s even nicer in person than it looks in the pictures! It was a very short walk to either downtown or to the lighthouse and beach. Highly recommended!
