Excellent concept. Loved this unit. Very clean. Only had one small glitch when checking in because I don't text. The lady who manages the unit was exceptional. Wished I could find employees like her.

Everything was as described, easy check-in, gated community offered a safe and friendly atmosphere. The host responded immediately to any questions. We won’t hesitate to return.

The house was clean and cozy when we arrived. The bed was so comfortable that we noted the manufacturer before leaving. The washer and dryer in the house were very convenient. The property manager responded quickly to our two requests upon arrival. The community pickle ball group was very welcoming and fun. We enjoyed the community pool and the central location in the lower keys.

Basic off water unit in VO. Communication was easy, unit was clean, all the basic amenities were covered. If I didn't need dockage, I wouldn't hesitate to rent again.

It's a very nice place to stay, so quiet. If you want to get away this is a good place to choose, if you want to rest is the ideal place, if you want party, it's just 20 minutes away from key west, if you want sun, there are several beaches so close (Veteran's beach it was the best one follow by smathers).

Beautiful cottage very nicely decorated. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Owner promptly responded to texts. Everything was in working order. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect!

The home was very clean and beautifully decorated with all essentials one would need. We had coffee on the patio every morning. It was very quiet/peaceful with a beautiful view. The amenities in the complex were great! The pool area was wonderful and we met some very nice people. Jessica was quick to respond with all of our questions and very accommodating.

The property was great and what a view. Jessica was everything you could ask for in a a host/property manager. She went the extra mile to help a couple of Senior Citizens. Could not have been better!

Excellent location. Very clean, well kept, and well stocked kitchen. Host was excellent to work with and very easy to communicate with any questions.

Jessica, the host, was amazing. She met us when we arrived, showed us how to work the "smart" tv and made sure we had necessary items in the home. We saw her several times during our stay, she was always smiling & friendly and asked if everything was ok.

My husband and I stayed here for our annual anniversary trip and loved the location and the rental. Jessica, the property manager, was friendly and helpful with any questions we had and suggestions for excursions and dining. The rental was perfect for us, very comfortable and decorated well. We could sit on the porch and have coffee while we looked out at the ocean. The pool in the complex was fantastic. You can look at boats passing by while you swim. The neighborhood was safe and everyone was friendly. We had a great experience and highly recommend!

This was a wonderful experience! Gated community 24 hr security, great amenities, provided all that we needed and the manager was very responsive to everything we asked or needed done her best to accommodate everything we asked. Location is wonderful for fishing, touring, snorkeling, diving or whatever experience your looking for down there right by kemp channel bridge so close to key west. We absolutely loved it! Would highly recommend!

This unit is perfect! Extremely clean, spacious, and cozy. It’s in the perfect area and feels very safe. The host is great, always ensured we were having a good stay and responds quickly. Will definitely be staying at this unit again in the future!!!
