Very cosy, fully equipped

Good location to explore South Devon. Good value for money accommodation.

No sound proofing inside the unit between rooms. Spare toilet rolls were not in the bathroom shelves and we had to search for it and eventually found it under the kitchen sink at the back.

The caravan was lovely had everything you need for your stay

The caravan was really lovely, photos on booking didn't do it justice. The location was perfect very quiet.

Fuss free access to property. Owner very helpful and responds immediately. Static has absolutely everything you could need. We were only there for two nights but would happily stay longer. There was washing up liquid, handwash and kitchen and bathroom hand towels. Coffee machine with pods was a winner as no cafetiere. Kitchen equipment immaculate. Owner has clearly made a good effort to make visitors comfortable.

Arrived in dark and difficult to find within Golden Sands Holiday Park. Would suggest using 'what3words' as there are no significant landmarks which could help. No board to indicate locations of statics.

The location is very good, walking distance to Dawlish Warren beach and train station. Good size living area with a parking space next to the caravan. Seemed clean and has decent crockery etc. Also has a good size TV with netflix. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Only minor point but could do with some paving etc next to the entrance as gets a bit muddy. Rooms are small but adequate for a caravan. The indoor pool on the Golden Sands site is small and cold (is joined to the outdoor pool which was closed because the weather wasn't warm enough) but you can use the sister site indoor pool which is good.

Bosun's Reach was clean and well equipped - with a quality TV. I especially appreciated the provision of a portable, rechargeable digital radio - what a nice and homely addition! Also great to have a decent coffee machine, with a generous supply of pods.

Incredibly minor, but the turfed area down from the caravan steps had not taken well, and became quite slippery when wet. Poor turf growth understandable really, as this area sees a lot of foot-fall. Perhaps better as gravel or tarmac? But, as I said, this is a VERY minor point!

The accommodation was exception, very clean and welcoming. Had everything you needed. Would definitely come back. Only thing I would suggest is more clarity on the address.... was hard to find. Maybe add in that it is on Golden Sands park?
