Rapport qualité prix très décevant

Nous réservons pour 4 et un seul lit est prêt quand on arrive à 22h00. Quand on appelle l’accueil on nous répond qu’il y a une couette et des oreillers dans le placard !! Quand j’insiste pour que le lit soit fait, on nous fait monter des draps . Je suis obligée de demander pour que le lit soit fait par leur soins ! Inadmissible au vue du prix qu’on paye ! Le petit déjeuner est assez banal, problème de réapprovisionnement en arrivant à 8h45 … et la salle est toute petite, difficile de trouver une place. Aucun geste commercial proposé, parking en supplément. Le prix de la chambre n’est pas du tout justifié. Nous avons séjourné dans beaucoup d’hôtels bien moins chers avec de meilleures prestations ! Très déçus …

Spacious room, new facility overall Nice underground Parking Near the airport and to town exits

Limited breakfast options or variety. The pool is small and gets quickly crowded Rooms need more dusting/ cleaning

Loved it

I liked the cleanliness and comfort. The suites have pretty much all you need and they are spacious.

Breakfast was a bit limited for its price...

Amazing!

Staff were amazing, very welcoming and they managed to let us check-in few hours early which was such a time saver for us. I would highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for an area close to downtown (not a walking distance, around 5-6 km away) but still very much accessible.

They can do better for breakfast.

Really spacious room. Pleasant and helpful staff. Kitchen was a plus to prepare food. Location close to a Walmart which so if you need anything, its just right there.

1 of the elevators was not working so there was a bit of a wait. Had to use the stairs every now and then. At least that became my excuse not to use the exercise facility.

Check in supposed to be at 4pm. Rooms weren’t ready. Booked three rooms altogether. First room key was provided at 4:30pm, second 20 minutes later and Third room key had to wait another 20 minutes. Had young minors ( kids )and waiting in lobby after hours of drive wasn’t a great start to begin with. I can tell it was poorly managed and with this experience we should have been only charged for 2 rooms instead of 3.

Not the best location, finding a restaurant was not easy, and breakfast was horrible.

It was awful, after 9 am we couldn’t get anything to eat. They ran out of omelettes or not making any more, no sausages, then bland scrambled eggs were put out for few people, only thing available was bagels. They ran out of ketchup. One small waffle maker, line is long. People are standing in line, not to miss the few omelettes or sausages being put out. I had four grown men with me, there was no breakfast for them, we still had to go out for breakfast although breakfast was included in the package, and also why we chose Residence Inn.

Fantastic stay!

The staff was amazing! We were greeted by Amina who was so helpful with assisting us with popular sites around the city. A great first trip to Montréal. The free breakfast was delicious. The kitchen staff even made eggs without meat for us! There were also so many plant based options to choose from. The hotel is very new with beautiful decor and amenities. Quite possibly our best stay with Marriott ever and definitely out did any other brand.

Pleasant

Location was ok, about 20 minutes from downtown. Breakfast was good. Bed was comfy except for pillows, they were too soft.

The pillows on the bed were horrible. Soft and just melted into the bed. Felt like you had no pillows after a minute.

Clean spacious and comfortable accommodations.

Location. Cleanliness. Spacious room. Ample storage, with shelves and places to keep personal belongings. Large windows. Restful decor. In-room kitchen was very nice, though we only used the refrigerator.

A safe in the room was the only thing missing.

Start of something great.

Simplicity, accessibility and newness of the hotel. From the easy access of the garage by car, proxity to downtown Montreal and spacious of the hotel rooom.

The gym door motion sensor needs to be programed better. More selection of TV channels.
