Lots of TV channels. Bed was ok, nothing special. Place was clean.

We could hear the loud creaking from the ceiling as the 3rd floor tenants walked around. Didn't like walking down stairs from the parking lot to get to room 422. Old appliances and countertops. Couch was a pull-out so not comfortable to sit on. Chair wasn't much better.

Convenient location. Comfortable beds. Nice pool.

Dishwasher was broken.

Location was great, layout of the condo was perfect for our family, had all of the basic necessities that we needed for the week. The pool and playground were great for the kids too.

The Wi-Fi was horrible and we had to use our hotspots for most of the week. The condo was clean but really outdated and could use some enhancements, including updating the TV to a smart TV, changing the carpet, repainting, etc.

The condo was spacious and the balcony had a great view.

There was an issue with a $200 deposit that is still not resolved, and it appears both Booking.com and the facility are both partially at fault. This is the main reason I will never use either option again. I have also never been to a place where you are asked to clean everything yourself that is so high priced, and then you ask for a tip for the cleaners? There was no code to the pool or any real instructions on that in any check in material or any in-room literature. Not a single sponge to pre-wash dishes. It all adds up to easily fixable issues, but I was left pretty convinced it was not worth another stay there after the deposit issue. The deposit is mentioned in everything, factored into the price I saw on Booking.com, and then the facility says they never charged it to you to avoid paying it back. After denying I was ever charged the deposit multiple times, the last message I got through booking.com says it should come off my card in the next two weeks. How many times did people believe this deposit garbage and just pay it?

Location was great. Very quiet neighborhood. The condo unit we stayed in was beautiful and clean. The staff was very helpful when we had an issue with one of the curtains.

There was nothing that we didn't like about staying here.

Clean and adequate

Check in was at 4 pm. Office closed at 5 pm. There was a beeping noise which started to annoy us around 6:20 pm. Office was closed but thankfully it stopped. At 6:58 am it started again and the office didn’t open until 10:00 am. Got to the office promptly at 10:00 am and it was closed. Ran an errand and came back and was told it was an ongoing issue from last weekend, but it was quickly taken care of. No other issues than it sounding like we were in a hospital for hours on first morning of our stay

Good value at a great location.

The single beds were a bit small for adults.

Centrally located and great value for a small family or a group of friends to stay in the area.

The bathroom were a bit small and the hot water ran out after a ~10 min shower. The bed was very soft as it was uncomfortable for someone who prefers some back support (firm) mattress.
