I can’t begin to say all the things we loved about this property. Probably our favorite feature was the enormous ocean front balcony. The inside was gorgeous, updated and clean. We also loved the proximity to the grocery store and our favorite restaurants. Our host Carol was awesome. She was very helpful and attentive when we contacted her. We found our new favorite beach spot. We definitely will be returning.

We celebrated my mom’s 99th birthday. The outdoor space was a great location for my mother - she was able to enjoy the fun and watch people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Carol was very responsive - one of the TVs didn’t work and she took care of it right away despite our telling her it wasn’t a big deal.

Family vacation at the beach. Location was perfect. Condo was clean, well decorated, well equipped for families. I loved looking out over the ocean from the den and bedroom, and 3 spacious bathrooms for a family of various ages was ideal! Would definitely go again❤️

This property is really we'll done. Manager Carol handles a number of units in the building, mostly owned by family and friends. She is a dynamo and always responds to calls or texts in minutes. The beds are like heaven in all the bedrooms. We always bring kitchen knives from home but we never unpacked them. The knives in the kitchen are Henkels and sharp as razors. We never saw that before. Monster TVs, tons of streaming service, a huge deck overlooking the beach, a nice little restaurant/bar next door and a great beach. We would definitely go back if we return to the Myrtle Beach area.

Beautiful condo. Great location. Roomy for all of us. I was not crazy about the parking. It was a little tight a few days. But we managed. I eWorld suggest maybe a few big serving bowls because we cooked but other than that it was great. I would recommend and hope to come back again. Carol your place is beautiful. Thank you

We love One Ocean Place and this unit is no exception! Clean! Well furnished! Nice linens! Great air conditioning! Love the extra large balcony! If I could wish for anything it would be some mixing bowls (we like to eat in rather than waste money on not great restaurants), a tea kettle and comfortable balcony furniture (although the current furniture is very nice it leaves comfort to be desired.) Apart from those wishes it’s an incredible unit and we will be back next fall!

Our stay was even more fantastic than we realized it could be. The condo is Amazing and Carol is Amazing. We had an issue with the hot water heater and it was replaced and fixed immediately: I couldn’t be more happy with this property and plan on being a repeat customer. I hate giving these reviews because I don’t want to be blocked out from renting: lol but Carol deserves it:) Loooove, Looove, Loooove this place:)

Everything was really nice and convenient. We had a lot of family time together. The living area was big enough to accommodate all of use as well as the dining table. The private of the bedrooms and bathroom. Thanks for sharing the beach home with us

The property had the perfect location for the beach with a great view. Plenty of room for 5 adults. The patio was spacious and allowed us all to enjoy our morning coffee taking in the sunrise.

Lovely updated unit with fully stocked kitchen. Especially enjoyed all of the coffee maker options! Oversized balcony with new comfortable outdoor chairs as well as table and chair seating for dining. The sofas were especially nice as they offered 4 reclining seats! Having 2 king sized beds was wonderful when sharing unit with adult couples. Carol went out of her way to provide great service and follow up. Highly recommend this unit. We will be back.

Great ocean view and plenty of room. Massive TV. Enjoyed Jacuzzi in MBR and Nespresso and Kuerig in well stocked kitchen. Carol was over the top generous in gifting us for a maintenance issue that occurred during our stay.

First time staying in this unit. We have stayed on this property previously. Clean, well decorated and beautiful. Panoramic views. Well stocked. Kitchen. Keurig, Nespresso machine, expresso pot! We will definitely be returning.

We were vacationing for bike week. The location was perfect for us. The oceanfront view was amazing. The unit was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed. Communication with Carol was prompt and flawless. She is a great host!

The condo provided a comfortable stay and a great oceanfront view of the beach. Communication was timely. The bed was comfortable as was the living area. The kitchen was equipped with utensils and appliances, all in working order. The overall condo building had luggage carts available. Did not use the pools as they were not heated.

We loved staying here. The condo was spacious, clean, and modern. Loved having the large balcony. The kitchen was nicely stocked and the couches were comfy. It was nice and quiet but close enough to travel to Myrtle for things to do with the kids. Would definitely stay here again.

We visited Murrells Inlet and rented the unit to accommodate our family for a baseball tournament . The unit is very spacious, especially the living room and dining area which worked out great for us. The giant TV and extra seating made the perfect spot for a post game, late night movie. The kitchen is very well stocked. You will find everything that you need! The well designed floor plan allows for both early risers and those of us who like to sleep in. You will not disturb each other. If you are one of those early birds, you cannot beat the large balcony for a sun rise….or a cocktail at sunset. Carol was very easy to reach and responsive. Would love to book again soon!!!

Great 3 BR condo, great location, and Carol was a terrific host.

We lucked into this situation for our first December-February stay in Murrell’s Inlet (Garden City area). Quiet, safe, and naturally beautiful, right alongside the ocean. One Ocean Place, the facility, appeared to be clean, actively monitored, and constantly being improved upon. The condo itself had just undergone major improvements since being purchased the previous summer. (I saw the before and after pictures on VRBO.) New leather Lazy-Boy furniture, a HUGE smart tv, freshly painted walls and updated ceilings, and new firmly comfortable mattresses with quality linens. The condo smells and looks CLEAN. I want to thank George, the energetic, friendly owner, for employing Carol Dodson as host because she was just exceptional in helping us adapt and become comfortable during our three-month stay. (I think I would stay anywhere Carol chooses to host.)

The condo exceeded our expectations! So much more was provided than was expected and Carol our contact was super nice to deal with. Her response to any questions was answered in a speedy fashion and we would choose this condo again.

Loved this property!!! Location was perfect and so was the condo. The only negative thing to say was the two bedrooms needs updated with better mattresses and more lighting in them. The master bedroom was amazing. Everything else was awesome. Would definitely stay here again ❤️

This was a girlfriend getaway. We had a wonderful week , loved the location, view and that the kitchen was well stocked. We hope to come again.

Easy check in, nice views. Some aspects of the place need some updating, but considering she just acquired the place its to be expected. The fridge took a LONG time to get cold. We had to put our milk in the freezer to keep to from spoiling and bring you own toilet paper if you don’t like see through TP! Lol overall great place to stay and would definitely stay again!

We spent a great 2 weeks at the condo with my son and grandkids. The beachfront location was perfect, beach access could not be easier, the private parking facilities were plentiful and safe. Carol, the condo manager, provided excellent support and did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The ongoing upgrades being done by the new condo owners are impressive and for our next stay in the Myrtle Beach area this condo will definitely be at the top of our list. Thanks again Carol.
