This was my second time staying here and i hope it won't be my last. Very quiet and quaint. The hosts are responsive and terrific!

We were visiting my grandson who had to drop out of Ball State due to brain cancer. We were close to where he lives. Gave us more room to visit in.

Nice weekend spending time with family.

We visited family in Muncie for the holidays, and the Euclid house was convenient to campus, comfortable and very clean.

We were in town for our daughter’s graduation. Great location. House was perfect!

We were in town with four other couples for a wedding. It was so nice to have a large space to gather and visit rather than be confined to small individual hotel rooms. It was actually cheaper too! We would highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay at this super clean house in a quiet neighborhood near the BSU campus. The place was exactly as advertised on the listing. Access in and out was so easy. A few minor tweaks towards perfection: Please fix the knob for the range back burner. Also extra TP for both bathrooms please. We plan to stay here again for graduation. Overall, 5 Stars!!! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood and perfect home for our family. We were 7 adults attending a family wedding in the area. Everyone agreed it was an excellent choice for our stay. Comfortable beds, plush clean towels, spacious living room on a well maintained property.

My group came to celebrate homecoming. The house was nice. Open concept. Great backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Easy walk to campus and tailgate fields.

We just stayed friday night thru sunday morning, we were all there for the race weekend at winchester. The weather wasnt great so it was nice having a house to go back to instead if a hotel. There were 6 of us and we agreed this will be our stay every year if available.

Great place to stay for Ironman Muncie 70.3. Plenty of room to spread out the triathlon equipment and relax before/after the big race.

Stayed here to visit our son and go to the game. Walked to the stadium and back. Awesome location. Quiet neighborhood. Property was clean and spacious and exactly what we needed for 6 adults. We would stay again!

A three day stay with 6 adults. Everything as advertised, very clean and well appointed. Quiet and private and close to everything. Had small issue with WiFi being slow and dropping internet occasionally. Everything else was excellent.

We stayed in this home for a few days while visiting family in Muncie. Beds are super comfortable! Great location. Owners were super responsive. Definitely recommend this property.

House was great and exactly what we expected. Will for sure be booking here again . Mirrors in the bedrooms would really help when multiple people are getting ready. Loved our stay!

Clean, beautiful home on a cul-de-sac that is quiet with virtually no traffic. A short walk to the Ball State campus. If you are visiting Ball State for any reason this home is a MUCH better option than any hotel in Muncie. Highly recommended!

This is a great house right in the heart of Muncie. Right off campus, it's a short drive or walk to just about everything in and around Ball State. We're a family of 6, there was more than enough room to accommodate all of us comfortably. The neighborhood is quiet too, being at the end of a dead end street was also a plus. The kids could play out in the spacious backyard or be in the street without concern for heavy traffic. The wildlife was a nice surprise as well, we all enjoyed watching the bunnies and deer come out to visit during the day. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

Several co-workers stayed in this home while hosting an event at Ball State University. The home was clean and comfortable and the proximity to Ball State can't be beat!

The stay was ok, however, the smell in the house was not pleasant. They had plug-ins but it did not help with the smell.

Found house to be as listed. Our group appreciated the nice quiet neighborhood and clean house. Hosts were great to communicate with.

We were in town for a funeral and 6 of us stayed at the house. Beds were comfortable, plenty of room! We had pizza at the house with extended family. Nice neighborhood for walking, too.

I brought 3 teens for a college tour. They found the Wi-Fi password immediately. We had plenty of space to spread out, comfy beds, and kitchen was well equipped for us to prepare our own meals. Quiet neighborhood that we felt safe in. No problems, easy check in. Thank you to our hosts!!

Owner was quick to respond to questions and very helpful. Home is exactly as described. Lots of room for our big family.

Clean, affordable home close to Ball State and Munice volleyball club. Small 4 bedroom house with large common area. Perfect for a weekend trip.
