Great weekend. Love the nightly housekeeping checking to see if we needed anything. The hotel honored us with amenities for our 38th wedding anniversary.

Gorgeous

Everything was great. The suite had an amazing veranda with a view of the courtyard. The pillows are the only drawback. They were flat and dirty. Hotel was accommodating from start to finish with our stay.

Amazing place

This is a spectacular hotel with an art and historical museum on the lobby level. Beautiful gem stones, artifacts, wood art and exquisite tasteful furniture. Situated over a river and falls with beautiful views. Stunning.

Beautiful lodge well situated by the Reddy River. Gorgeous lobby, lovely rooms, and good dining options. The dining staff seemed a bit stretched due to the number of tables they had, so service was a bit slow. But otherwise, fantastic hotel.

Can’t say enough great things about the experience of staying at this location of the Grand Bohemian! Everything was perfect! Greenville is beautiful and there was plenty to do.

The view and location are perfect. Couldn’t find a room service menu and was given a vague response at the front desk. No literature in room to explain the services or places to visit while there.

Very beautiful location. Great for runners and fitness enthusiasts like me. Very walkable. There is NO pool and even though there is another Marriott property close we were not allowed to use their pool. Parking is strictly valet and even taking your luggage up is by bell hoops only The staff did give my daughter lovely chocolates and a note celebrating her 17th Birthday. 🎉

Overall, my experience was a mix of highs and lows. Pros: Stunning Interiors: The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. The details on the inside and the art on display are very grand and visually appealing. Excellent Valet Service: The valet team was top-notch, providing prompt and courteous service throughout my stay. Amazing Bathroom: The bathroom in my room was a highlight, offering a luxurious and relaxing experience. Cons: Check-In Issues: My problems began at check-in when they claimed there was an issue with my credit card, despite me seeing a charge from them in real-time. This was frustrating and time-consuming. Service Dog Fee: Even though I informed them about my service dog, they still included a pet fee on my folio, which had to be corrected. Room Condition: The view from my window was of a worn-down roof, and my room felt a little dingy. I suspect they placed me in a "dog room" after ignoring me telling them about my service dog. Fabrics/Bed Linens: The bed had a dingy-looking blanket across the bottom and stained throw pillows. There were too many fabrics in the room that couldn't be wiped down, which is challenging if you prefer cleanliness. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential and some excellent features. It's perfectly located but there are areas that need improvement, especially concerning room cleanliness and guest experience.

Our stay was absolutely Amazing! The Grand Bohemian is absolutely Beautiful. I am convinced my husband and I had the best room with the best view in the house. The view of the waterfalls were beautiful and so relaxing. Its Very clean and smelled absolutely amazing. I didn’t know what to expect because they do welcome pets and sometimes it’s not as pleasant. This was not the issue here. We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant on site Between the Trees service and food was amazing definitely different but it was good. It was the perfect location to walk around for food and nightly strolls. The fact that it overlooked the Falls Reedy Park was a plus. We will definitely comeback.

The hotel was great. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. We did not have any soap in the room, it was supplied immediately. I would suggest a microwave either in some rooms or accessible for sterilizing baby bottles. A later check out time than noon would be help especially if doing brunch that stays at 11:30. Overall definitely a nice stay.

We had a an amazing time! We travel with our pup and everyone at the hotel was so kind and friendly. We will be back!

My new favorite hotel for camp drop off. Felt like we were in Asheville. Gorgeous property on a roaring river and beautiful park.

Charming, artsy, unusual, spectacular.

It’s a beautiful hotel, well appointed. Valet service only when you arrive. Our room was updated and clean. Sheets were soft and pillows- comfortable mattress. The restaurant was lovely to eat at with partial views of the waterfall. The hotel is within walking distance to other shops and restaurants and there are walkable trails by the waterfall. I’m only gripe is there was no pool because the weather was great and it would have been relaxing to sit by.

This hotel did not disappoint! The decor, the food and the overall vibe was impressive. Do yourself favor and stay here when visiting Greenville.

Great new place

The only negative was the fire alarm at 11:45 pm!!!

The property is a great location. The waterfall is beautiful to be able to see. Unfortunately, our room had a device on the wall that a white light flashed from it every 3 seconds all night. We had a hard time sleeping. I told the girl what happened when I checked out, and she said she would tell the person in maintenance. I thought we should have had some compensation.

Beautiful structure in perfect location with intriguing decor. Needs improvement in service. Took three tries to get item for room. Lobby bar closed for teo days. Wsited 1/2 hour for manager to resolve issue.

I would give this hotel in Greenville 10 stars if possible. From the moment we drove up and were greeted by the friendly valet to when we departed we loved every minute of our 3 night stay. The hotel is beautiful...lots of places to sit and read or enjoy a drink. The rooms are wonderful. We had a lovely river view..next time we will reserve a room with not only a view but also a balcony. There is wonderful art throughout the hotel, extremely friendly staff...it is definitely a place to call home the next time one is in Greenville, S.C..
