The temperature control panel that was difficult to operate also no staff to call to fix system

I travelled with My Elderly Parent. Checking in was a breeze. At Check in I was offered to drive around and enter the side door where the lift was located to take My Parents up to our room, with ease. I had 3 cases and an over night bag and suits bag. I was told to just leave everything at reception. He (the gentleman who checked me in )would take care of them. I drove to the side door, got my parent to our room and all our cases were in our room.. I cannot tell you how ,unchecked that helped me. Friendly staff all round. We stayed for 2 nights. I would recommend Mucure Packenham to Everyone.

a newish Hotel of 15 Months. my checkin was fast & easy & the very lovely Miss M was fantastic, even offered to help me with my luggage, the room was large, only a view of the car park but nice to lay at the window & relax, the door slamming was a pain, Guests need to be considerate. Breakfast was continental only & they need to lift their game here, no cutlery at table, no greeting, only had 1 danish out,1 piece of watermelon, 1 piece of fruit bread & it was hard, wasn't worth the $16.50.

The rooms are well appointed and Staff were all extremely attentive and helpful. We were travelling for work purposes. Bed was very comfortable which is what you need for a good nights rest. Onsite parking, room service sited our needs.

Night security was helpful and assisted with our afterhours check in . Nothing was a problem to them.

We had to check in late, but the accomodating staff made arrangements for us to pick up the room key and ensured the process was smooth and easy. Great place to stay!

The Mercure had everything needed for an overnight stay. We dined next door at the restaurant. Lots of food options very close by. Gumbya World is only 18mins away. Room amenities were great. Clean, modern, and spacious. We are a family of four and had plenty of room. The hotel overall is beautiful on the inside. There is a coffee machine in the foyer for those who like coffee. This hotel is great, we will definitely stay here again, next time for a longer stay.

I didn't like the smell of the room on arrival, but adjusted to it. The bed was heaven. Did not hear any outside noise at all, we were on the ground floor. They only thing I found annoying was when we turned off all the lights, the TV glowed for sometime, making the room light. We had not had the TV on, so was hard to get to sleep because of that, once it stopped glowing, the room darken and I slept like a log.

Good for a business trip.

The place It was very beautiful and relaxing and quite even with the pub nexted door and the stuff was very friendly and helpful.

great staff service with a smile from arrival to departure the hotel was in perfect condition throughout room was modern comfortable and 5 star bed great in everyway.

We travel to the area multiple times a year and this makes it so much more enjoyable knowing I’m always coming to a clean and well presented accommodation. The staff are always extremely friendly and welcoming I love the fresh clean smell throughout the building

Hotel was brand new, room was great, super comfy bed, big tv (no guide showing programs was annoying), need small light to keep on at night when using toilet (current ones too bright), small kettle took forever to boil (not a big deal but lots of energy for small amount of water). Decided to try Continental breakfast at 9.30am - what a disappointment, 2 pieces of see through ham, crumpets dried out, 3 strawberries placed strategically with red on top, green underneath, tried to bite into a pear - so hard I nearly broke my tooth. I spoke to reception and they were very understanding, refunded my cost however I was happy to pay for my friend as she had the yoghurt etc and enjoyed that. It was a good location next to the Cardinia Club - good meals with Pensioner options.
